A great coffee pot. The Thermal Carafe keeps the coffee warm for several hours, The coffee maker makes the full pot of coffee (10 cups) in about 7 minutes. The time delay for starting a delayed pot of coffee works great. It is easy to clean the coffee pot after making the full pot. It looks great in the kitchen. A button for "strong coffee" is an added advantage.

Bought as a Christmas gift and it is wonderful. The coffee is good and hot and remains that way for a long time. Love the side load water and coffee receptacles. With old coffee maker, it would need to be pulled forward to clear cabinets in order to load water and coffee. This one is great. We also brewed tea in it and it worked good for that too.

A great replacement for our older stainless steel coffee pot. Works great, with no issues or problems. Cleans easily and is a great size, and the right amount of tank space for several cups. I highly recommend this coffee maker.....keeps the coffee warm after brewing for quite a while.

Great design. The brewed coffee sits in a metal carafe keeping the coffee hot for a long time. It does not have a heating surface below the carafe. The outside of the pot says cold. You can put the pot on the table with you for a quick refill. You cannot burn the coffee or break an empty pot. The carafe cover is tricky the first time but makes sense once you figure it out. Great for seniors. I bought it for my 87 year old mom, she loves it!

I grew tired of purchasing expensive coffee makers that worked well for a few months to a year and then died. The price/features of this model seemed good, so we purchased it. I have to say, this thing looks SO much better in person than it does in the photos. Well made, nice materials, and very quiet operation. Makes coffee quickly, and makes really great coffee! The carafe holds the coffee hot for hours. The keep warm timer on the display shows you if you should have hot coffee or not. That is a nice feature, especially since there is no heating element under the pot. Display is very nice, easy to program, and looks upscale. Love that you can remove the water tank, and the water filtration system is nice. We have been very happy with this Mr. Coffee. Great deal!

This is the second one of this exact coffee maker that I've owned. The first one died after 7+ years of making coffee every day. There was no question that I would replace it with the exact same model. The new one is slightly upgraded, but still makes excellent coffee and keeps it warm for a long while without having a hot plate to use up electricity.

Looks nice, makes coffee and tastes good, but it's cumbersome to get ready and it's not too easy to clean. It does keep coffee hot for 2 hrs, which is good. The water reservoir is awkward to hold and manipulate. Recommend depending on user. If you like more and strong you will sacrifice more.

I like this unit. It is easy to use and makes good coffee. Having an insulated carafe and no hot burner means the coffee doesn’t get that burnt taste if you don’t get to it right away, and there’s no danger of boiling it away. My only problem is that I wish it were more insulated than it is; it doesn’t keep the coffee hot as long as I would like.

This replaced an old Mr. Coffee with similar carafe. The insulation is even better with this model the brew time is short and coffee is good tasting.

I really enjoy the coffee and how easy it is to brew, BUT I've already lost a water filter attachment and Mr. Coffee no longer makes the part I need. I've only had the coffeemaker for one month. If the replacement parts were available, my rating would be 5 stars. Love the coffeemaker!!!

Replaced an aging Krups and never liked some aspects of it so I decided to try another brand. I came home with a Braun. I really didn’t like it even before it quit after two months. Brought it back and tried this one. It is a real winner. Coffee is warm, stays warm, and my wife thinks it tastes great. I love the removable water container. I fill it up from my fridge, which has a nice filter, and don’t have to pour from the pot into a small opening behind the machine. And it has an indentation where your fingers go that makes it easy to carry. The controls are easy and intuitive, unlike the Braun. Only thing I don’t love is the filter attached to the top of the basket. I’d rather not deal with it every day. I might just remove it because I use filtered water anyway. Forget the overpriced brands. Joe DiMaggio was right. Mr. Coffee is the greatest coffee brewing system ever.

Brews at correct temp and speed. l like the removable water tank, separate charcoal filter, and the stainless carafe keeps coffee hot for @ 2 hours. Everyday use and cleaning is easy. Clean cycle works well; would recommend to run it before first use. We have this unit at work, and I liked it so much that I bought one for my home.

It’s great but weirdly having a 12 cup changes everything. Wish it was slightly bigger. But coffee does stay hot for hours. With out a burnt flavor after 20 minutes. Button system is alarm clock basic. Have to click all the way through if you miss your time.

We bought this for our RV as the thermal carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours after brewing w/o having to use electricity for a warmer. It is very easy to use and clean. The quality is better than the unit we use in our house. It is also very sharp looking.

It does what it is supposed to do...it makes good coffee

I have been using a Keurig coffee maker for over three years. I was tired of the expense and also filling pods to use our freshly ground coffee. I read many reviews and found that this maker checked all the boxes for the qualities of a good coffee maker. It has a brewing temperature of 205 degrees, which is essential for good brewing. Also, even with no burner, the thermal pot keeps coffee hot for several hours. (I did not want a burner, as coffee gets a "burnt" taste after sitting on burner). The pot is also cool to the touch. I am exceptionally impressed with this product
