I had this model before and used it for a number of years before the finish started rubbing off the heating unit that keeps the coffee hot even then it still worked until I broke the carafe. replaced it with another Mr. Coffee unit for cheap which also worked fine but did not have the features this one does. Had an opportunity to get a new one that better matches the color of my new kitchen and went back to the model I had previously owned.

Love getting up to fresh coffee. Hasn't let us down yet. And easy to set times and brew.

These don't fail until they fail and the they just die in two days. Until that time they are reliable like clockwork. Lasts about 2 years or slightly less. Makes good drip coffee every morning. Cheaper than Starbucks!!

The coffee maker makes very good coffee and is quite simple to use. It has enough options to be handy, and not so many that it has to be explained to every new user. No complaints after several weeks; everything I hoped for in a small office and small meetings setting.

Was looking to replace a previous model that finally failed. Mr Coffee has always been our first choice and was pleased with the the features and ease of use with this unit. The only improvements would be is that the display is unreadable unless you are eye level with it and you will need to mute the audible alarm when the coffee is ready or shutting off as it's quite loud.

This is an exceptional purchase for any coffee lover! With many settings to play around with, you can craft your coffee anyway you want. It's quick and easy, and gets me on the go every morning with my schedule.

I purchase this coffee maker since my 5 years old one broke. I was kind of worried since I was use to my old coffee maker and did not know if the new ones would make up for good coffee brewing. to my surprise, this coffee maker is awesome. it has the time and also you can set it up to brew coffee at a set up time. awesome. definitely recommend this.

We like this coffee maker, but I do have one complaint- The little plastic tab thing that lifts the lid off the filter is very flimsy- it is always coming unattached. Other than that it works great!
