The unit can be filled with water easily and having the coffee grounds inside is safer than other that have the coffee ground container outside the unit. Also like the cover attached to the carafe pot. Good safety features.

I'm just cheap when it comes to coffee makers. Mr Coffee is always a solid choice. Been using them for decades.

First one had to be returned the same day of purchase because the water ran straight through it as we tried to fill the tank. We’ve had the second one for a little over a month now and no problems. Coffee brews fast and tastes great! (Took off one star because of the faulty first one)

Great Coffee Maker

Has all the basic options and the all important auto shut off. Makes the coffee quickly and is nice and hot. And the coffee stays hot from the time my wife wakes up and has her coffee until I finally get out of bed and have my coffee.
