I am the only person in the house that drinks coffee, and I drink just 3 cups of coffee per day, at the most. So, I do n it need a 12 cup coffee maker. This 5 cup Mr. Coffee maker is just the right size for me. It is small enough to fit under the counter. The only drawback is, the place to put the water in the reservoir is rather cramped, making it somewhat tedious to add the water. But, I really have no problem with that. In the picture, I left the reservoir lid up, to show it fitting under the cabinets.

My 6th coffee maker other brands Bunn. Active gym rat physician but like freshly brewed coffee. Easy, can be placed on timer and set up the evening before or just brewed when you want. Large bin for coffee and pleasant to look at on your kitchen counter

I am the only coffee drinker so this is the perfect size. Simple, easy and has a timer for those early mornings when you need to have coffee at the ready! Great price too. I no longer buy the expensive coffee makers.

I prefer drip coffee, so this fit the bill. After my last one broke I decided to get a smaller one. Glad I did. This works well and is programmable and affordable. The carafe lid could be better, but otherwise it’s a good product.

Fast and simple, works great! Small footprint saves counter space. Coffee tastes great and gets made fast!

I already had the 4 cup coffee maker, which I am pleased with, but wanted something just a bit bigger. This works perfectly. As noted in other reviews, the carafe opening is smaller on the 5 cup vs. the 4 cup, but I'm still able to clean it with no problem. Makes a great cup of coffee, or 5.

Easy and makes a good cup of coffee. Just small enough for 1 to 2 persons.

I love this coffeemaker for its style easy to use and program to automatically make my coffee before I wake up in the mornings. I love the fact that it makes 5 cups not 4 like the other mini coffeemakers. Brews the coffee fast amazing quality.

I was in need for a small coffee maker for my narrow counter top. While shopping at Best Buy, I saw the mr coffee 5 cup, Best Buy’s Price was very reasonable, I couldn’t resist buying it. I really like it and it works great, I especially like the programsble feature. Curly

I love this Coffee Maker. It doesn't take up much room on the counter and the clock/timer works great! Programming is so easy. I love waking up to a fresh pot of coffee every morning.

Everything works great. Just a little space to pour water & spills on the coffee filter portion. Other than that, me & my husband love it. It serves it’s purpose & the price was really reasonable & look is great!

I work in a camp, so it very nice to be able to have a nice cup of coffee in my room when I just woke up. Easy to clean and to use. completely recommend it.

My Mr. Coffee is easy to use and program wake up times with fast brew time for perfect cup of coffee and tea, small compact to travel with, and use.

Use it every morning and makes great coffee. All functions that I have tried work as advertised. It is doing the job I wanted to my complete satisfaction.

This 5-cup coffee maker feels like a step down the the 4-cup version. Comparing it to the 4-cup model - the carafe has been redesigned with a smaller opening making it harder to clean. When pot it is full of coffee the narrow pouring spout overflows at the rim of the pot when filling you cup. The glass it is made of feels much thinner than the previous versions and I am sure won't last very long. If you fill the pot to the brim with water to fill the base it will overflow thru the back overflow opening. The LCD display has been moved from the base to the top front making much harder to see unless you looking straight at it and it lacks any LED back-lighting. Over the last 16 years I've gone thru 4 of the 4 cup models and consider that model superior.

This is an excellent coffee maker but it is really only a 4 cup brewer, the 5th makes it hard to handle without spilling. Also the filling chamber has a very narrow opening so you have pour slowly to avoid splashing the water. However, it is fast and makes a great cup of coffee. The "delay" feature is great for setting up a brewing time for specific time. I also love the automatic shut off after an hour so you can brew and walk away and not worry about the maker. Overall, great little device and would be ideal for a college dorm or for 1-2 coffee drinkers.

This coffee machine is great! Makes coffee in a few minutes while you can get ready for work! Its easy to clean too.
