I appreciate the capacity and metal liner which is so easy to wash! We gave one to our son in college.

I plug it in, hit start and NOTHING. I have researched this and it appears that sometimes the beans will get caught under the blades based on poor design, but that is not the case with mine. There is NOTHING caught under the blades. It appears it just went kaput. I’m VERY disappointed in this product. Mr Coffee is usually a very reliable household name. This product does not come close to meeting the same standards as other Mr Coffee products I have used in the past. Wasted my money on this one.
