I wish this got a little hotter. Works well though and brews fast. The lid of the water container is not attached in any way, shape, or form. Makes it feel kind of cheep. Thermos works well though and keeps the coffee warm.

This coffeemaker is great, we bought it because we have had great reliability with Mr Coffee products in the past! this model is a really good looking design, but beyond that it brews faster,& hotter, has a removable water resovoir,which is nice for filling & cleaning,& a side load basket. really good product!!

Stainless Syeel carafe keeps coffee warm and fresh for hours.

I bought this unit based on the insulated stainless carafe. The carafe is great, however the maker itself is just fair. There is no built in filter and the water and coffee filter chambers are not easily accessible. The lid for the water container is not attached and therefore easy to lose.

I like the machine, looks good, works good but the Carafe (at least mine) leaks after I'm done pouring, debating on taking this back and try one other one and see if this isolated. if it doesn't I would give this machine 5 stars.

I really like the design and the water filter is an added bonus

I have had 5 of these coffee makers over many years & I am not happ that the top piece comes off on where you put the h2o in. they used to be attached where it would slide up. I really miss that feature. Also after about 1 year I have had problems with 3 of my Mr. Coffee units because they start leaking water from bottom of the base underneath. I wish they would correct these a2 issues & I would rate it higher. Hopefully someone is listening that can make a change & make them better because I would love to recommend this to friends & family.. but will not until changes are made."0

Purchased at Best Buy L.I. The item was a obvious repacked item. Mentioned to the girl I picked it from and although she was very nice, could not help me. Pot made a terrible tasting coffee for three days, and the carafe leaked coffee after a week. All reviews I read warned of this...this is my second pot of this nature, (first one quit after 14 months) company told me it was too late. Took the filter holder from old pot and it made a good cup of coffee. Tried to email a complaint to Best Buy after filling out a survey they asked me to take, after wasting 20 minutes doing the survey, one of the last questions was how much money do you earn, and you cannot move foward if you dont answer...needless to say I trashed their survey and decided it to be the last time I do business with Best Buy! Imagine the nerve...how much money do you make...that is intestinal fortitude! No Best Buy!
