We purchased this coffee pot because of the Thermal carafe. We have slate floors and if we dropped a glass one that would be all she wrote. The Thermal Carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours. It is perfect for my husband and I.

Fast, functional coffee maker. It brews good coffee, but takes a while to clean, considering basket, filter, carafe and sliding holder. It would have been helpful to include a back-up water filter and package of paper coffee filters.

This is the best coffee pot. This is the 2nd one I have bought like this they last a long time. I have had my first one for over 6 years and it is still going..will use my 2nd one eventually.i wouldn’t use any other coffee pot

Was looking for a stainless-steel carafe. Makes good coffee. Just seems to cool down temperature of container too quick. My bad for not paying attention to that matter. Just assumed it had a hot plate under carafe. As for the water filter, ended up taking out. Too much to deal with & my tap water make decent coffee.

Perfect coffeemaker for the serious no frills coffee drinker. Temperature regulation at 205 degrees for ideal water temperature. Keep warm function for more than an hour after brewing!

This is the second of these coffee makers we have purchased! 1st one lasted almost 9 years! Carafe keeps coffee hot for long enough to enjoy it and we often reheat it in microwave, still very good since it hasn't sat and burnt for hours like hot plate coffee makers!

I've used several (too many) coffee makers, Yes I know this one is a little high in price, but you'll get your money worth. It makes coffee fast and keep it hot for a long period (about 5 hours) without having to keep it continuously being heated like the other types of coffee makers.

I kept breaking my glass carafes. I decided to spend a little extra and get a metal one. It's functioning as planned so far. Takes up slightly more space than a standard coffee maker.

the water reservoir is removable which is the main reason I bought the coffee maker. The Carafe keeps the coffee hot.

I replaced my old Mr. Coffee with this. The flavor sucks. The stainless picture is nice. But if you love good coffee flavor find something else .

This coffee maker is excellent. The features that impressed me are the programmable setting for ready made coffee in the morning & alerts to clean the coffee maker . Also it has a water filter. I am enjoying the many features & having coffee ready in the morning.

Really like this updated version of the coffee maker. It’s easy to use and keeps the coffee warm for a couple of hours.

This is a fantastic coffee maker! I've been using it everyday for 3 months and I still can't believe how well the stainless carafe keeps coffee hot. 6 hours after it's been brewed and I still have hot coffee without a burner. It's amazing.

Great coffee maker I really like the delay brewing feature to wake up to fresh coffee every morning and the thermal carafe allows me to take hot coffee to any room

This is the 5th one I have purchased, one for me and 4 I have gifted to friends. I like the thermal pot more then glass. I like this so much I give it to friends

Tried 3 times from another vender to get this coffee maker. It was $30 less here and we are glad we found this site to purchase. No problems with this one.

Although this coffeemaker looks great, it is cleverly engineered, and easy to use and super-easy to clean. Strongly recommended. Just awesome!!!! We love the stainless steel finish.

First, to start with something positive, carafe coffee is absolutely the way to go. It never tastes burnt because it never cooks because it does not have a hot plate that the pot sits on. That being said, we did not have good luck with this particular pot. If we made any more than 4 or 5 cups in it at one time, the coffee-making rate of the machine overcame its ability to process the coffee periodically, and the product steadily spills out over the outside of the machine, and it makes quite the mess. We fiddled around with it for a couple weeks, thinking we had done something wrong (fineness/coarseness of bean grind, water insertion, etc), but a simple inspection of the water chamber, filtering system, and overall design to get the coffee through the machine is kind of off to the side as opposed to being on the top, and seems too small for the unit. This was surprising to us, as a Mr. Coffee product...we expected more. Threw it in the garbage after 6 weeks of use after finding out we barely did NOT qualify to return it by a few days....wish we would have decided sooner. Bought a slightly more expensive Cuisinart.

Love our new coffee pot. Easy up use and keeps the coffee really hot. Like the feature to set timer and it is ready when you get up but it also brews quickly like for the weekends when you aren't in a rush to get up

I truly enjoy using this coffee maker. I had another Mr. Coffee with a thermal pot for ten years. I like this coffee maker a lttle more because the thermal pot is all stainless steel. The coffee stays hot for over 6 hoursand never tastes old or burnt.
