Splashy nozzle , not enough foam, to get it to work you have to remove the plastic nozzle !!

Stop pouring shots after one week. Tested machine without any coffee grounds and it would barely spit out any water. It did produce a lot of steam throughout my kitchen. Thank god I kept the receipt!

Purchase this item once before approximate two years ago and then again last week and both times the steam pressure milk froth thingy dif not work. Returned them both times. Even the coffee tasted horrible. Keep away

A friend of ours recommended this espresso maker last year and I am so glad we took their advice! At first it seemed like it was going to be complicated to use but as soon as you walked through the instructions it was fairly simple. From the very first cup of espresso to our first experience with creating a latte, we haven't stopped raving! Our only advice is to watch out not to burn yourself, pay attention to the directions in regards to the pieces getting hot. It's no joke. We loved this espresso maker so much that we got my sister one for an early birthday present and she loves it as well!

It not working In 2 month, Best Buy won't give you new one in 2 month

Decent espresso. Steamer is above average for the price. It does a nice texture and only takes about 20-30 seconds for a single serving. The espresso is good but does not really do any crema to speak of. Mr. Coffee service is excellent. I had a problem with my first one and they replaced the machine with no hassle.

Steaming nozzle isn't as powerful as I would like. Espresso is a little weak in flavor but that is to be expected with this type of espresso machine.

First, If you have arthritis in your hands dont buy this one. The two control knobs are just not easy to grasp. I am still strong in my hands but this one is difficult even without problems. Second, the steamer would not work. Not until I took of the black plastic cover and used the steamer that way. But I have to trick the machine by leaving the top cap loose and let it build up before I lock it down or all the water will go out before it builds up steam for the milk.

Works as expected, I have not used the frothier but am very satisfied with the machine overall. Makes excellent expresso, use it every morning for my daily coffee.
