    I read the book Mr. Mercedes before watching season 1. I love it. I can hardly wait for the season 2 dvd release.

    Follows the book closely..good acting. The author was involved in the production. The SD video pales in comparison to BluRay which isn't available. DVD can't seem to remember settings for subtitles.

    I have read all the Stephen King books in the Mr. Mercedes series and found the dvd to be excellent. Will order season two for sure!

    This is such a great show. Acting is awesome and it’s based off the books by Stephen King. I can’t wait for the next chapter!

    Read the book. Found out it was a series so bought it. Half way through season one. Love it

    If I hadn't read the book, I would not have finished watching Mr. Mercedes. It was very slow going and didn't really keep my attention. My husband started watching it with me, but he soon lost interest. My only reason for sticking it out was to see how it compared to the book which I loved. The book was definitely better.
