A modern interpretation of the decades old classic, Mr. Peabody and Sherman is a "boy and his dog" story told in reverse, even to the point where Sherman is accused of being a dog by the little girl and Sherman bites her. As a means of making it up to the offended family, Peabody hosts a dinner party and leaves the kids to try to make up, and Sherman shows her the time machine to get in her good graces. Fun movie for all to enjoy.

This movie took me back to the old Sherman and Peabody toons, with up to date picture and sound. I think the new Peabody is a bit more likable than the old one, but equally a master of all he surveys. It's a delightful blend of sci fi, history (not particularly accurate) and action adventure. It is engaging, cute (without overdoing it) and fun to watch. Both children and their parents will like this one. Highly recommended!

Fun movie for those familiar with the Rocky and Bullwinkle series from the 1960's but also works for youngsters. Not as witty as the originals but still good to see the return of such a popular series. 3D version is OK but not essential to enjoying this movie. Be sure to see the special feature Rocky/Bullwinkle short.... again, not as good as the originals but still a good representation for newbies to Rocky and Bullwinkle.

I had watched this cartoon as a child and I did like them. So I was curious about it. My granddaughter want to watch it again, so I purchased a copy and we sat down and watched together. I enjoyed this movie, even with the mixture of real and animated portions.

This remake of the old show from Rocky & Bullwinkle is a must have for anyone who grew up with this cartoon. My kids love it, but secretly I bought it for myself. There are multiple adult undertoned jokes that the kids never even notice. Hopefully there will be a sequel. Others need to bring back and update some of the older cartoon such as this. Great job , great movie, and fun for all.

My 7 year old son couldn't wait to watch this, but it actually entertained the entire family. Even my 13 year old daughter laughed out loud several times and that's saying something. Anybody with a teenager at home will understand that last comment. It's a great movie with lots of laughs and historical figures and times. We have watched it 3 times already!

I love the fact that this movie incorporates past events, with a funny twist for kids. My kids love this movie so much, that they insist on watching this movie after school for the past week and a half. The movie keeps you entertained and the graphics are wonderful. I was more excited than my kids for the dvd release, this is a definite must for families.

As a fan of the original cartoon from the sixties, I had wanted to see this in the theater, but didn't make it. The Blu-ray was excellent and provided one of the best family movie nights we have had in a while. Top notch animation combined with excellent story-telling and humor for a movie the whole family enjoyed. The extras are definitely worthwhile.

I bought this movie for my twin boys because we were going on a road trip. My boy's, who were 5 at the time, really enjoyed the movie and has watched the movie repeatedly. I watched the movie, a few times and enjoyed it as much as my sons. I'd recommend it any other parent and there is no concern, regarding any negative or fresh words.

Peabody and Sherman take their family adventure into the 21st century and it's a fun family adventure with several nods to the classic show. Definitely a plus that the 3d version comes with an exclusive Rocky & Bullwinkle short that is just as witty as the original series. Amazing picture and sound quality - definitely worth viewing!

I was told that my grandkids really like this movie. I bought it to have it available for when the come to visit. Watched it with a couple of my grandsons and thought it was a good movie, that kept my grandson's interest through the entire movie (they are 4 and 5 years old). That tells me a lot about the movie.

I bought every DreamWorks 3D movie from Shrek to this Mr. Peabody & Sherman and the upcoming "How to train your Dragon 2". The 3D effects once again work out really good. I don't know why Disney stops the 3D Blu-ray release here! From Frozen, Maleficent to Planes: Fire & Rescue. Keep up the good work DreamWorks Animation!

What is not to like about this movie. It's made for kids. The movie is witty, cute, and surprising yet cleverly funny with a little touch of heart perfectly for kids. I'd recommend this movie to all parents who have kids. The story is simple but yet, it has a subliminal message of self worth, friendships, and conquering fears, self doubt, and even bully. Graphic is top notch. A great buy for everyone especially for the fans.

As a kid I fondly remember watching Sherman and Peabody romp all around time getting into "educational" shenanigans. I was pleased to see that Hollywood never forgot either. The movie itself is excellent and the Blu-ray is just top notch. Video, Audio and Extras are all perfect! A must own if you were/are a fan.

I bought this for my 7 year olds son for Christmas. Not only did he love it but so did my dad who he asked to watch it with him. Considering he used to watch the original cartoon I would say it was an excellent movie if it could entertain two men with 60 years between them!!!! No Generation gap for this movie!

I wasn't sure that I would like this movie based on some of the critics reviews that I had heard. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I enjoy watching it with my four year old son, but he enjoyed it so much he was repeating lines, dancing to the music and wanted to watch it over and over again.

incredible movie, love the story line, and its one of those movies you can watch time and time again and not get sick of. the 3D implemented in this set is great, and absolutely worth having if you are a fan of the original peabody and sherman, a fan of 3D, or in general a fan of great animated movies.

I remember watching Peabody and Sherman shorts that were throughout episodes of The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show as a kid and even 20 something years later I still find them to be very funny and I'm glad a movie was made. My 7 year old nephew also thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I bought him this and the matching lunch box as part of his 7th Bday present. I would recommend adding this movie to any family's collection.

From an old cartoon series from the past "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show" now made into an animated feature film starring the smartest dog in the world who adopts a human boy. An excellent remake from a bygone time. For those old enough to remember enough said. The Blu-ray AV quality is excellent.

My 3 year old daughter loves this movie! I cannot even count how many times she has watched it now since purchasing it. My husband is a very education-oriented person and he loves it too. While, mostly playful and cartoon-y, it gets most of the historical education correct.
