    Adults can enjoy this movie but it's mostly funny to kids. I still recommend because Jim Carrey is fun to watch and the penguins are cute.

    Might entertain kids who like to watch animals run around and get into trouble but the story is kind of hard to follow for children. Good effects though - often hard to tell when the penguins are real or CGI. Carrey has a few lines that garner a grin but generally isn't very funny in this one. Pass. If you want penguins, go with a Madagascar movie. If you want Jim Carrey, get one of his funnier films.
