I HAVE NEVER USED MICROSOFT BUT IT DID COME IN HANDY. I NEEDED TO TYPE OUT A COUPLE OF LETTERS & I DIDN'T REALLY HAVE ANY PROBLEM DOING IT! USER FRIENDLY

I was happy to buy another year of Office 365. The first 12 months will go by so quickly. It's great that I don't have to think about this for two years.

its a great product if you use Microsoft office. i personally just use google docs which is free. does come with 1tb of online storage for a year.

Bought it with my new Lenovo desktop, works great as expected, but was a bit long to install on my computer as i'm not a computer specialist

Software included with the laptop I purchased. Unfortunately Office is a memory hog but a necessary evil for home and work purposes.

Once you install the product ... It is great! But, I kept getting an error message saying that the product key code had already been used. After contacting Microsoft help desk, verifying my receipt, and chatting on-line with support (18-21 minute wait time) I was able to get it installed on my system. I would have given this product a "4-Star" rating, but there was just too much extra time waisted on trying to get this product installed.

Pros: very good and powerful laptop, enough memory for pics/docs. Cons: Size is little bit more than I need for travel, power up is takes more time.

Performs like a dream! It's fast, the graphics are ridiculous, the sounds incredible.....I couldn't have chosen a better laptop!

At Best Buys you have so many choice in products and selections it is tough some times to decide so I just make a list and go from there.

I’ve had a dyson for years and didn’t hesitate to by another one. By the way, my old dyson is still working great!

This was a gift for my daughter and she has not had any problems with it. She watches movies on it and search th web for her school.

I have not use my computer for what I bought it for yet but so far so good. I wish I had light up keys that is the only con.

If you owe a computer you must get this software. It has all the necessary ventures you need for school and work.
