Best Buy Ad says it has a backlit keyboard. So did the store staff. No info found on how to turn it on. Contacted MSI website, found that the keyboard for this model does not have backlight. Had trouble with some of the software already installed. Had to uninstall and go to various websites to download and re-install. Other than that, great price for a fast computer.

This product is wonderful I could not have asked for a faster computer. The device will run multiple items at one time including system heavy ones like photoshop and lightroom. Processes raw images in a snap and even with all I do daily it hasn't slowed down one bit. Don't believe all the negative reviews the laptop is amazing and works wonderful.

3 weeks already and it's work perfectly, Good gaming laptop, Best MSI technology but i think i am gonna remove to windows 10 the updates cause some problems with the Nahimic Audio enhancer for example, i recommend the MSI 72 6qf for every gamer who love to pay less for good materials.

My daughter using the heck out of this thing. She using it for school work and gaming. Lol. Mainly gaming. She says she able to play every game on high Rez with no problems. I think that’s what she said.

I got this laptop at a very good price but 15 minutes after I started using it the network adaptor failed. The laptop didn't see any of the twelve or so networks available in my apartment. 2 hours on the phone with BestBuy's Geek Squad resulted in the recommendation that I return the PC to the closest BesyBuy, which I did. BestBuy couldn't "exchange" the PC for a working one because they didn't have one in stock. So, I had to "return" the laptop and then reorder it; fine, but they wanted me to reorder it at the higher price and not the sale price that I originally bought it at. I insisted on getting an explanation from a manager and after a discussion I was given the sale price; having to ask to see a manager should have been completely unnecessary. I was then given free 2 day shipping but was told the pc should arrive Thursday (6 days later) How in the world is that "Two Day Delivery". I will avoid this PC and BestBuy in future purchases.
