Beautiful case, and decent internals. I do not recommend buying a prebuilt from BestBuy. Spend the extra money and build a pc with reliable sites. 2 months in, MB quit. Took me MONTHS to get a replacement with the warranty I had, BestBuy could not get their hands on it. I ended up having to completely rebuild the system with a new MB. Other than this issue, Geek Squad was very nice and understanding.

Worked fine out of the box, have installed many games and are able to run them at the highest settings most of the time. Runs very quiet and the included keyboard and mouse feel great. So far I've experienced no issues with this pc.

Overall a very good pc. The first couple hours of being on, I had some problems with the BSoD. And it would freeze up while trying to download and install some games. But getting past all of the downloading It runs beautifully. Haven’t had a single BSoD. Have had for about 4 weeks now. Runs perfect everyday now.

After a few issues in the beginning with crashimg and random resets it seems yo have qorked itself out. A bit slughish sometimes opening chrome or doscord but it seems to be ok. Im probably going to replace the ssd woth a better one and add some better cooling because it runs hot sometimes.

I liked the features for the price but found many issues. First, there is a very rudimentary manual. Couldn't even find any way to identify the ports and the fact that there are two sets of video outputs, one on the back panel and one set on the video card itself is a little confusing. It seems that they should provide a good manual and they could save themselves some support issues. The main issue I had was that the computer wouldn't wake from sleep mode. I did all I could to see if it was just a settings issue and finally called support. They were responsive and tried to help but they didn't know how to fix the problem. After trying for about an hour and a half. We succeeded in corrupting Windows. At that point the support person gave up and suggested that I return the machine for a replacement. I decided to just return the machine and go with something else.

The desktop is really nice looking, and runs smooth when it works, but I haven't been able to use it more than 30 minutes at a time before it says there is a problem and resets. This is a fresh windows install, checked all connections, ran all available updates and believe there is a hardware problem. It will be going back for a replacement. If the replacement works as expected, I will update the review. Hopefully I just got a bad one.

This computer is amazing, the only downside I have with it is when it sits for a while and goes into sleep mode, my keyboard will not wake it up. I have to shut it down, then restart it.

My son loved it. Very fast and great for gaming. Second one that I have purchased.

This PC is horrible. I’ve had a very bad experience when I had this PC the last time I had this PC when I had bought it I had to return it because one of the parts in the PC ended up being defective and the computer when I was using, it just became a black screen. I would not recommend this PC for anyone that might want a good PC look somewhere else.

Everything was good but unfortunately the ram was only able to get to 2600Mhz even though it said 3000. Sad but overall. This pc runs very well running max graphic while getting over 120-140 in 1080. It has great cooling so you don’t have to worry about the pc getting overheat. Mouse was good too even though it came with the prebuilt. I would recommend this pc. Just add more rams to it.

I purchased on Jan.3rd and it's been a constant fight ever since. Just like everyone else, bluescreen. I was attempting to add a 1tb ssd and it crashed during the process. I couldn't install it in the "FROZR" slot, which is listed as the M1 slot, however, it happens to be buried underneath the heatsink and fan for the CPU. MSI just said, "well, that's just how it's designed." WoW! Best Buy wasn't any better. They said I could request a new copy of Win10 on a thumb drive, but I would have to pay $35. Super. I finally received the thumb drive and things worked OK, then one day, I turned on the machine and it was only a black screen with about a 2 sec. beep. Tried again, same deal, third time...Crickets. Again, my "incredibly helpful" Best Buy team said my power supply was dead and would need to send it to MSI for it to be certain. Got to toss away another $75.00 to ship it off. Computer comes back. Turns out, they had to replace the motherboard! Anyway, I sick of typing and the more I think about how much time and $ I wasted, the more hacked off I get. So, I bid adieu.

Great value for the components that you get with this. The case itself could have better air flow.

Fast as light! Perfect for gaming on ultra and work too

I bought this desktop for my son for Christmas and after i set it up, it started out working fine and then it froze and then one of fans stop as it has several fans. I send a message to the company and their response was about warranty information and some other stupid stuff. I’m returning it to the store.

Was leery of purchasing a prebuilt but ended up being a great pc. Specs of the PC are more than enough to play Overwatch and R6 on competitive settings with great FPS. Even the cable management was pretty good for a prebuilt.

Purchased as a starter gaming PC for my 15 yo son. Very nice looking machine and is certainly very capable right out of the box. The led-lit keyboard and mouse were a great surprise.

Wow Msi!! Was looking for a gaming desktop for.my son who has been killing himself in school to earn one. This one was it. Very easy setup great hardware. And very fast.
