This PC works like it is supposed to.runs quietly,all the hardware runs cooly(despite the things I read online about the case).it has med/high specs so the relatively low ram is the only complaint I have,but that doesnt interfere with having a great gaming experience.for the price you can't beat it.to build the same PC with the same parts would cost a couple hundred bucks more.a good warranty and it looks great.thanks best buy.also your customer service went above and beyond. .

Works amazingly! The worker i was talking to helped me find this one as it was not on display in store, was cheaper but offered better specs than what was there. I have multiple games and they all run smoothly and thats with out messing with the settings, have not tried to mess with them yet. I do wish it came with more space but it can easily be upgraded like the rest of the components inside. Definitely do recommend this one to anyone looking for a first time pc! Price is great and internals are even better for that price. Its also quiet, which i like, no loud fan sounds (unlike the ps and xbox i have) the mouse has plenty of buttons to key-bind and the keyboard works great. Glad i bought this and not the ones in the shelf!!

So first things first i have gotten 2 other PC before MSI. One was alienware and cyberpower. I returned both because the alienware has a software problem. Cyberpower had 1 dedicated fan and it was going loud on my lauching google chrome. Then i realized i have had a gaming msi laptop for the past 4 years, lets get a msi pc. Yes some of the parts are replaceable for new future parts. So overall very good PC its pretty quiet and runs very well with majority of games. Like cyberpunk, dbz kakarot, overwatch 2, and fortnite. Yes there are way better prebuilt pc out there for a similar price, but you have to do your research. But if you really dont care for TOP performance and just want a PC that runs everything at standard graphics and gameplay (like consoles) this is it and yes it will outperform console gameplay amd graphics too. If you see negative comments, then those people might have not been lucky and got a defective pre built pc. But overall this pc holds its own very well and i would 100% reccomend it.

My mom got me this pc for christmas, thank you mom. This PC is spectacular, runs BeamNG at Ultra graphics. And fortnite at 200-250.

The machine is fast and renders the graphics quickly while gaming or working. My only complaint is the lack of easy access USB ports on top or front-solved with a small hub. The fancy lights aren't needed, but available if you want the flash and glitter. The processing speed and storage are the real winners.

I’m a live streamer who is putting in many hours weekly on this PC. Have not had any issues and plays every game I’ve tried even on max graphics settings. It was well worth the price and I don’t see myself upgrading any time soon!

I enjoy the quietness and speed of the pc! It makes gaming a delight and browsing the internet a breeze. Has the ability to have multiple tabs running while gaming. My favorite game fallout isn’t buggy with this pc, I truly am happy with my purchase!

This PC is a game changer - literally. It is visually stunning, robust in its performance, and exceedingly reasonable in its pricing. The keyboard is lovely, as well. Overall, this has been a purchase well worth the price tag.

Haven't bought a PC in year's and was eye-balling this one. After a few month's I bit the bullet and purchased it. Very fast and plays everything I throw at it.

So i got this pc and was so excited at first, it was. A great gaming but within a week and half it started freezing and giving me BSOD. It got so bad that as soon as i turned on the pc it gave me BSOD. I checked the failure codes and they came back as ram but it ended up being the processor. Overall was a great desktop at first

My first PC and it’s been amazing! It is very easy to set up. Plug and go essentially with some packaging removal. Had it for almost a year now and absolutely 0 issues

Great computer - easy to set up and is powerful enough for my applications. Don't have to worry about the hassle of building my own - and at a decent price.

Great PC this is my 3rd year on it and it has ran amazing and runs my shaders very efficiently over 200FPS for any average game especially CPU heavy games.

My 14 year old has been wanting a gaming desktop for a while now, we had looked online at several different options and finally visited a Best Buy near us. The sales associate that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what we told him we were looking for and the price that we wanted to stay in, he recommended this one and we could not be more thrilled with this console. It has everything my son was wanting and more.

Runs very smoothly. Very satisfied quiet running. Mouse and keyboard that comes with it is a good quality
