I had to leanr the hard way it is not anything special. I would give anything to be able to return it now im just stuck with this desktop i probaly wont use. Also the customer service in dekalb il is horrible

1 week wonder with Bad Customer Service

Worked great for the 1st week. Then I realized I could not open pictures, could not open microsoft store or download anything from the microsoft website. I have spent over 30 hours now between Best Buy tech support and MSI. Can't get ahold of the store even, call and it sends you to a call center where I can barely understand anyone, who refers me to tech support. I am sure I just received a defective product and could be easily remedied except Best Buys customer service is so horrible I have been speaking to 40 different people for over a month now with no resolution.

So far it has been extremely fast with all my video programs and great with Photoshop. Rendering of all files is almost instant now compared to my old PC. Highly recommend. Great PC!
