Only way to get a GPU nowadays, still over the price I wanted but I have it now.

Outstanding prebuilt that packs a punch!cit was a steal for $2200

I was happy with the PC initially but the liquid cooler started to fail in less than 2 months. The temp spiked to 100c and PC randomly shut down due to high temp. MSI Customer support is non-existent. MSI center shows the cooler pump was running at 4500rms but it was not cooling. If you google MSI cooler you will see a lot of bad reviews due to their poor design and premature failures. I'm replacing the cooler with a Noctua air cooler.

Great computer and powerful setup. Could use an extra fqn or two to exhaust out of the top of the case.

I'll start with best buy has done a wonderful job when it comes to taking care of the customer, but this system was a nightmare from the start. I know that more than likely i got a bad build but the 1TB ssd would only register as a quarter of that no matter how i tried fixing the partition, then i got 5 blue screens of death errors in the first week. Factory reset did not resolve the issues so I returned the item. I tried dealing with MSI customer support but they were the worst customer service ive ever had. Long story short, until MSI fixes its customer support, i would stay away from their products even if they are generally good

This machine is a beast when you look at the specs. The problem is they used a liquid cooling system that is terrible. In my case, they did not have ANY Thermal Paste between the cooler and the CPU (NONE!). The tech that installed my new cooling system said it's the worst cooling installation he has ever seen. I don't know if my CPU has been damaged. Time will tell. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend MSI systems at all.

I just got this pc and i have a 1080p monitor with 165hz and when i turn on high settings and ray tracing it looks like close to 4k definition so far this pc works probably but i also bought the geek squad warranty for 3 years in case it breaks down. Im really happy so far

I didn't know it was a LHR but it makes about 4.50 a day.

High end system with liquid cool! All parts are not cheap prebuild system part like HP, dell. It used the part you can buy individually. Definitely recommend to everyone even though it is a bit more expensive than the ASUS ROG 3080 system.

With the GPU shortage and the astronomical prices on ones available, getting this prebuilt was a great way to get everything I wanted in a PC. Only odd thing was that my SSD was partitioned with a C and D drive

Quiet, fast and great design. Would highly recommend! There’s no hdd included on the build so you might need one. But it’s easy to install. Don’t forget SATA cable because there’s none included in the box.

Great PC BUT my computer would also not connect to my monitor via HDMI so what I had to do is reseat my graphics card in order for it to work. (shoutout YouTube)

I picked it up yesterday and returned it today. After unboxing and removing shipping packing (including the internal foam), plugged kmv, monitor indicated no signal. Tried different HDMI cables and monitors, nothing. Went and bought a brand new monitor with DisplayPort, nothing. Only one time for a split second the monitor displayed the BIOS splash text then nada. Looked like the BIOS was corrupted. My time is valuable and a computer should work out of the box. After 20+ hours of troubleshooting, googling, Youtubing and MSI website help search, nada. Seems to have all the components I would want in a PC, but unfortunately I must classify the PC as garbage. The box had major damages when I picked it at the store too.

Everything was great till the AIO fan started to squeak and had to return because the noise was unbearable

This pc lasted me for only 1 month than after the gpu itself started to overheat unfortunately I couldn’t figure out the gpu overheating issue but luckily I was able to return it and get my money back

When you spend this much on a prebuilt, you expect some semblance of quality. The CPU cooler failed and corroded after just several months of use.

Great gaming PC! Would recommend but be sure to get a g-sync monitor.

System worked for about 2 hours. During the process of setting the PC up, adding my applications, and settings I got a black screen. PC would not start up after this. Called MSI and they instructed me to return to Best Buy. Informed them of my concern as there was already personal information on the PC after setup. Went to Best Buy hoping Geek Squad would wipe the PC for me. Best Buy wanted to charge me $100 for this service. Ridiculous! Not happy at all.

When i got this desktop. I was excited.When i connected with monitor. It didn't work. I was so sad. Retuned immediately！
