That’s a great gaming PC. A bit of a short story behind it: for a long time I had gaming laptop with GTX 1650 and i5, alongside with DDR4 memory, but after many years, when I’ve moved to the US, I’ve decided to get myself a good desktop I’ve been dreaming of for a long time, and my choice was this one. To tell the truth, I was so impressed and pleased with this purchase that I couldn’t feel more happiness! It is an amazing choice for both professional stuff like rendering videos, editing and creating 3D models, alongside with playing top games with high-fps! Recommend!

It's a beast. Runs almost every game on ultra 60fps. Quiet as can be. Love the one touch button to cycle through the various color options.

Ok so for starters, when I first opened the box it came with a broken stand. Now that could have been shipping so I am not going to focus on that too much. The first three days it was phenomenal, but after three days every dingle RGB light in the machine died. I even tried replacing some of them and nothing worked. Even though the RGBs didn't work, the performance of the pc was still great. With that being said, the performance on the machine is great, but considering how much I payed for it I did not want faulty RGBs. Because of that I returned it. Hope this helps.

I wanted to replace my old PC (I7-6700K, RTX 750ti) to improve performance on graphic design and engineering software. At the same time, I wanted a flexible configuration, which would allow me to play games such as flight simulator. After considering a few other prebuilds, I came across this one, which checked all my boxes (at least a 12th gen I7 CPU, last generation DDR5 RAM, at least 32 GB of RAM, and a RTX 3080). With the current promotion and discounts, this prebuild was around $2k, which seems to be a pretty decent price given the specs of the internal components.
The first computer I received was defective (GPU was DOA). The replacement I received 2 days later was perfect. I am relatively new to the PC gaming arena but this is what I can say about the perceived pros and cons:
PROS:
- The components picked by MSI seem to be of good quality (e.g., the power supply is from Thermaltake, the HDD is a Seagate)
- The case looks nice and is appropriate for professional and gaming uses.
- The wiring is nicely executed. The apparenent side of the case is completely decluttered. Things are a bit messier on the hidden side that accomodates the SSD and HDD but the cables are still nicely harnessed and guided around the frame.
- The RGB is not too overwhelming and can be finely tuned via the preinstalled MSI software.
- The case seems to provide a good airflow. Under heavy load, the fans respond immediately and the CPU temperature remains within an acceptable range even over long periods of time (hour-long flow simulations).
- The performance is awesome, especially coming from such an older PC generation. I could play MS Flight Simulator at ultra settings in 1440p at 40-60 frames per second in graphically and CPU-demanding regions (e.g., NYC, Europe...) Same with all the work applications I have thrown at this machine. Rendering in Photoshop and Premiere is fast and while this machine does not match a workstation, I was able to run some pretty heavy flow simulations in an acceptable time.
CONS:
- The provided HDD is a 2.5" 1TB HDD with relatively slow write/read speeds. Before even turning on the tower, I swapped it with my old Samsung evo 850 SSD. The combination of the SSD and installed NVMe really makes a difference when accessing files and navigating windows explorer.
BOTTOM LINE: For the price ($2.1k including taxes with current offers), I'm very happy with this prebuild. Time will tell but after 1 week of heavy use, I am very satisfied with the performance so far in all the applications I use on a daily basis.

So far, it seems to be working. However, the case is not the same as the one pictured on BestBuy’s website — it does not have the screen between the two front panels. (Other MSI Aegis RS models use the case I received.) Also, the arm part attached below the graphics card arrived slightly bent and not secured.

This machine came dead on arrival. Brought it back and was offered to have geek squad look at it because I have total tech, otherwise an additional charge would have been needed. They said the GPU was shot and a replacement would be needed. This machine was sold out just days after my purchase making me think the company knew it was shot hopping to pawn off a lemon on unsuspecing customers. Was offered a full return. Buyers beware.

I had item shipped to store, This PC has been up and running for a week now. So far it has run perfectly smooth. and plays my games with no issue. only minor detail is on the picture it shows the PC with an 850w power supply, it has a 750w. No biggie. Love the features.

I usually build my own, but took a chance. Wow. It excedes my expectations. MS FS maxed out is no sweat. Video rendering in Davinci Resolve Studio is incredibly fast, even 4k footage renders in about x5-10 faster than the footage can play.

This is my second MSI prebuilt. First one has worked great. This item arrived today and GPU died after 2 hours of use. Best Buy was only able to give a refund since the item is sold out. Digital items (Darktide) were cancelled as part of the return. Time and money wasted. Never again.
