This Gaming PC is amazing, my son absolutely loves this PC. He plays a wide variety of games and the video card and all the other software is amazing. Plus he’s so happy that it came with 16gb of ram.

My 13 year old son wanted a gaming PC for Christmas. We went to Best Buy, he found one that he wanted. We ended up ordering him a better one, ans he loves it!! It's everything he wanted!!

This pc overall worked ok till it didn’t... it would often crash mid play during games randomly. Brought it into geek squad and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong it must be something within the desktop mechanics.

Quick, Great Video for Virtual Meetings. Really helped with all the current online activities. Did add a second SSD drive for more hd space.

Great computer, but I had to exchange it once because of constant BSODs within the first week, and the second one is still giving me issues. When it works its great though!

Good pc had it for about 2 years now never gave me a problem . Only thing is ssd space

works great, the lights give it a nice effect. no complaints at all. highly recommend

Gave this as a Christmas gift for my grandson and he loves it.

The first one we ordered crashed constantly so we exchanged it thinking it was a lemon. We got the second one and it won’t show anything on the monitor at all and it has a piece inside that is not attached to anything. Just floating around. We returned it with no problem and got a whole different computer

LED didn’t work on one of the fans straight out out of the box. Had about 10 blue screens in two days. Returned it. Looked it up afterwards and got a lot of the same reviews so idk

Machine frequently crashes. We returned it for a refund.

Great pc for gaming, the only thing i would add more is the ssd, aotherwise this is perfect

Got this as a gift for Christmas and I've had no issues other than one crash after not having drivers installed. Runs any game I've tried on High to Max settings with no issues. Only reason this isn't a 5 star from me is the slight whining noise coming from either GPU or CPU fan but it's very minor.

Mouse was dead after 2 hours, Some Small little glitches with some software. but, overall i love it for the price wish it had the rt2080 super for the price i paid on a 2060

Good pc but I am having troubles with it 2 years later.

Many crashes later. Got refunded. Steps I tried before returning. Reinstall windows. Update bios. Update all drivers. Unplugged and checked all connections. Checked ram.(memtest) Check cpu/gpu tempts under load. Windows event viewer Multiple errors to critical. Including hardware failure.

i got this pc to play games and everything but the pc just crashes a lot it crash like 4 times or more i don't recommend this pc buy a different one.

Don't waste your money or your time on this PC. I bought it on sale for $1100, and returned it the day after I set it up. It crashed 3 times in less than 24 hours. Once upon the first start up and two times after that. There's something seriously wrong with this build, even though its specs look good on paper.
