Reliability remains to be seen... just set this up this weekend ( JAN. 9, 2022 ) and couple issues of concern..... First of all....Runs fast and quiet....HOWEVER... Durning unpacking something was loose and rattling inside of computer... three pieces ( a cap, piece of ziptie and a piece of wire, shown in pictures ) were found. Additional inspection found that the GPU stabilizer bar was embedded into one of the two GPU fans and WOULD NOT have allowed the fan to run properly, possibly causing overheating and failure of GPU.... very concerning !! It appears that workmanship and inspection is lacking at MSI .... Also, it appears MSI installed a cheap power supply unit... as it has NO i/o ( on/off ) switch and no indication as to the power output amount or PSU maker name..... The GPU is an "LHR" brand which was NOT in description... Will give additional observation input after 6 months or so.... MSI... for the amount, I think you need to to pick up a notch or two !!!

I've been running this bad boy for over a year now and I love it. I'm giving 4 stars because about 4 months into using this rig, the power supply died. I found out that the one they installed was NOT designed for this computer what so ever and it couldn't handle my gaming needs! I had to go and buy a brand new 800 power supply because the dinky 500 I think was in here couldn't do it... I would also suggest buying outright if you can since their leasing option makes it where you are paying for 2 of these rigs, which is pretty sad! Otherwise perfect for what I need!! Only other fault I have with it, is if I power it down, it takes almost 24 hrs before it will even allow me to turn it back on and I have to constantly switch everything off and on just to get it to turn back on.. Lord help me when I gotta move and unplug this thing

An absolute deal of a tower at this price. To be transparent, I purchased it on sale for $1450, which when priced out per component, pretty much lined up with exactly how much you'd spend on all the parts. This may not be super high-end, but it's running games at high settings at 1440p resolution really well. I'm averaging 90-120ish FPS, depending on the game. The power supply is pretty low quality, so it'll eventually need to be replaced with at least a gold 850w unit, but it's holding up fine for the time being. It's also worth noting that the CPU cooler that shipped with mine is differen than the one pictured. It's BEEFIER, so no complaints there. All in all, a solid gaming rig as long as you're not looking for 4K@200FPS.

Great buy, no issues to date after a couple of months. Added two more sticks of ram (total 32g). Make sure you snap them memory sticks in fully or the system will shut down (if it does, you did not fry the cpu so dont panic lol). Also, installed 4 TB of storage (Toshiba). The system runs COD at +120fps with no issues. Apex and Overwatch are seamless as well. The fan color options are cool, but I have yet to figure out to turn them off. System temp does not rise past 70 degrees often. Keyboard and mouse are sufficient I did read an article with concerning the system going to sleep. Easy fix, hit the power the button and the system awakes. I recommend buying a display port if you are using a monitor. 165 fps is good for the games I play.

Huge shoutout to Geek Squad agent Kyle at store 880 for suggesting me this PC. Absolutely love it, super quiet, fast, and loads of fun. *will need to upgrade storage but that’s an easy fix

It's a great machine but definitely upgrade the memory! Only problem I'm having is from what iv found the mobo is supposed to have 2 Nvme slots and I'm only seeing 1... Also the psu is only a 550 watt bronze also suggest doing that in the future other than that I play most my games at max setting with ease and so far it doesn't get hot

This PC is excellent for the price, especially with GPUs the way they are. I picked it up while it was on sale after eyeing it for months as it had the specs I wanted. I was extremely satisfied with it out of the box. My only complaint is the 500GB SSD is going to be too small for most people with a steam library larger than a couple of games. I immediately purchased an additional 2TB NVMe to install into it which raised the price by about 200 dollars.

Absolutely love this prebuild. All the parts are quality parts and none of the OEM stuff. In fact you can look up every part number (I did that) just to know what exactly you have. Games run 1440 smooth. No crashing issues. The only down side was that the windows didn’t come with any update. So I spent a good hour making sure windows and all other software are the newest. I got mine with 150 off so it was perfect value for me.

Good pc Storage is on lower end but easy enough to upgrade

Nice machine with an excellent combination of components. With GPU prices still outside of reality, the 3060ti in this combined with the Ryzen 7 make for an excellent mid-price gaming machine. As another reviewer mentioned, it would be advisable to go into the BIOS and set the RAM speed to 3000mhz. That's what it's advertised as and yet the machine comes out of the box set at 2666mhz. A minor adjustment but worth the 4 minutes it takes to do. Also, install the MSI Center software and enable the FROZR AI Cooling before playing any games. It will keep the system cooler and help things run smoother. Overall, this is an excellent system. I'm an IT Professional with 17 years of experience managing servers and CAD workstations. This is a cut above once set up properly.

Best pre-built for the money. All MSI parts, no proprietary stuff. No bloatware, save for Norton which was quickly dispatched. Great airflow in this MSI case. So far gaming has be excellent, no overheating, great frame rates.

I bought this setup to be used for both my school work and for gaming and so far it's been great. I'm able to run multiple different programs with no issues. I am already needing to upgrade the storage since I've used it all but otherwise great setup.

Very happy with the purchase, the only thing is you’ll have to get more storage but it runs very quick.

Quick start-up and easy to set up. Honestly, it would be a 5/5 if it had a TB SSD but that's not really the fault of the product. An option for a larger SSD would make this perfect!

The machine works great and the parts inside are exactly as described. Even got a really good MOBO with this one. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Have bought my wife and myself this rig, so far they have been really nice and we have had no problems. I do wish there were more fans but that is an easy upgrade.

I love this rig, the only question i have with it is when i put it to sleep or shutdown theres a single click and everything shuts off. Dont know if its normal. I havent had any problem with it, no crashes no problem with power, and all connections are connected good. Just wondering if other oweners hear the same.
