Pros:
-Thermal are great out of the box, still did a light under volt and limited boost clock to 3.6 ( lost 1-3 frames. worth the 10-13c lower temps) I avg 64c and never get above 70c playing tomb raider.
-240hz screen looks great
-Keyboard is good for a laptop
-Will max out any game, and on high settings i get 100 or more fps.
-Can control fan curves and such with built in software
Cons:
some back light bleeding on the bottom right.
Had to do a OS restore early on due to some corrupt files.
Some other little things that I'm kind of nit picky about and not going to fault the laptop.
Other thoughts:
The fans get really loud. can’t hear them with headphones on. But nature of the beast. What do you expect when you put high end performance in a thin package?
I came from the Razer blade 15 with the 2070maxq
That laptop had better build quality and felt more premium. But after the lack of support from Razer and having to exchange one due to high temps and software problems I didn't risk it and exchanged my 2nd Razer blade for the MSI. couldn't be more happy with my decision
I would recommend this to a friend

Bought it about a month ago. It’s hands down the best laptop I’ve owned. Something that they didn’t list right away is that the screen is an eye popping 240hz at 3ms which is a major plus. Can run all games at max settings. I was able to run the new Modern Warfare on ultra with ray-tracing at 130+ fps but it does get a little toasty. Since it doesn’t come with the storage, had to upgrade. Was able to put in two m.2 in raid 0 and and one sata SSD. The upgradability is a lot better than most gaming laptops. 11/10 would recommend!
Pros:
Upgradable
Performance
Keyboard
240hz screen
Cons:
High temperatures
Fingerprints
