Excellent booting speed, high graphic and fast switching to other wroks. Now I can play every game I want to. Onething lacking this pc is that some games have trouble with installing by its operating system. As Window 10 is most recent product, I believe that Microsoft will solve this ASAP.

Great computer but was just too big to travel with. We exchanged it for the 15'. If you are a gamer and looking for a large screen, this is the computer for you!

Great computer for architectural program for its price.

After about 9 months, one of the fans started making horrible noise. We tried repeatedly for months to get hold of warranty service or customer service to get this fixed. We never receive an email back, nor a phone call. We sent several emails and voice mail messages without replies. We finally took it to a repair shop and paid for the fan replacement. So their 2 year warranty is worthless. I have had Dell and HP in the past, and although they were low end laptops, the customer service was excellent from both.

I love this computer! I decided to buy this computer and found Best Buy had the best price.

It's really good. The other review was a user with a bad copy of Windows, and game time on battery with that powerful GPU is good.

Just got this labtop a few days ago. It keeps freezing every time I play on it. It says- 'Your PC ran into problem and needs to restart..." Maybe I've got a faulty one. Any ideas what could be done to fix this problem? Another disappointment is that battery has only an hour and fifteen minutes of game time. At this point I'm thinking to return it.
