got this for my nephew to use at school and for gaming at home. They have been using it for almost a whole year now with no issues.

Outstanding Value for the price. Great Graphic card. Great cooling as well, really helps disperse the heat because it can heat up.

I got this as a gift for my nephew for schoolwork and gaming. He has been very happy with the laptops performance. He also upgraded the memory himself to 16 gb which he says was not too difficult considering he had very little experience with electronics component installation. The only issue was that the left "ctrl" button was sticking and acting weird, but thanks to best buy's return/exchange policy, we were able to replace it without any issue. thanks best buy

Great laptop. I bought this for my daughter for school, so she's using it during the day for Zoom meetings, but at night she's connecting it to our TV and playing My Time at Portia. Not a super GPU intensive game, but performs great. This was my third MSI purchase and I will remain a loyal customer. Note: I upgraded the RAM to 32gb (my other two I upgraded to 64, but my daughter doesn't need that much memory)

works really well. dont use it for gaming but battery lasts about 4 hours and does everything i need it to.
