This PC is great for all games from Rust and Rainbow Six to starcraft and league of legends, it works great and overall best PC for its price, but you are going to need a cooler because it can get very hot and I mean it, but it's because it is a laptop, still makes a lot of noise and warms my room a lot.

I use it for accounting mostly. It works perfect with many excel files being open.

The battery lasted around 3 hours that's while watching youtube videos or streaming videos. When I played a game, Fortnite, the battery lasted around a hour or less. It heats up to quick while streaming videos, and after a hour it gets so hot you could feel it on keys of keyboard. It was not what I expected. If it had a better battery, cooling system, and made from a sturdy material it would be way better.

This laptop has exceeded all of my expectations on every game that I play. There isn't a single game that I own (so far) that this laptop can't run on max graphics setting while maintaining over 100 fps. The only thing that threw me off is that there is NO disc tray, but for me personally that isn't a big deal. 9.9/10 recommend

I ordered this for my grandson who is currently in the Air force, and on deployment. I was told the expected date of delivery to an APO would be March 2nd. He actually received the computer on Feb. 11th. He was one happy Airman. Big "thank you" to Best Buy and the salesperson who assisted us with this purchase.

I had done so much research on laptops and almost just gave up. The other reviews on this laptop were incredible and when the salesperson at Best Buy said she had it and it was amazing, I took the dive. Hands down the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s quiet, quick, powerful and sleek. The specs are best in class!

Great laptop for gaming and all other uses. Has 3 slots for M.2 SSD which is ridiculous. 144 HZ screen looks great. Can even be plugged into an external monitor and still provide a great picture.

Amazing speed perfmance and the screen resolution is so clear and realistic a little expensive but for a professional use it's a must in this case you do get what you pay for including the keyboard features ...enjoy

Great gaming computer in super thin, lightweight package for laptop with 17" screen. I use it for business and entertainment. Aluminum case does get very warm when gaming. Fans are a bit noisy. Overall performance is excellent.

I purchased the laptop for both Gaming and for work. Has plenty of system resources and expansion capabilities. Fairly thin and portable. Touchpad is kind of in an awkward position compared to the main keyboard.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This laptop promised to be a great rig... and when it worked, it was pretty good. The problem was it constantly crashed, rarely turned on without having to have the battery drained, and never properly restarted. It often took between 3 and 20 attempts to get the computer to power up, and could take me between 5 and 20 minutes to get the thing turned on, between waiting for the battery to drain, static to be discharged, short circuits/surge protection faults to clear, or whatever the root cause may have been. I did some research and apparently the problems I experienced were pretty common for MSI products. The most effective strategies required the laptop to be opened up and cables to be removed from peripheral and/or USB ports, or removing the battery and placing it back in. A user should not have to open up his rig everytime he wants to power it up. Very bad design. I hoped the problem might fix itself and there were periods of time when the machine would start on the first attempt, but the problem never went away. I got so frustrated with trying to turn the laptop on, I was ready to make it a $3000 frisbee. Instead I returned it. I will say Best Buy was great about accepting the product back and giving me a full refund. I will never buy another MSI product again. Buyers beware.

Much hot. Too many heats. Gets to 91°C quite often playing simple games like Total Warhammer 2, and divinity 2

Purchased this for it's speed for multitasking, but returned because the large touchpad interfered with typing.
