Bought this to replace a 280 mm cooler for a Ryzen 5900x. I was getting ~40 - 45c idle temp and 68c max in Cinebench R23 on that cooler. I was hoping to drop this down into the mid-30s C idle and low 60c under load but the opposite occurred. I used thermal grizzly kryonaut, the paste that came with the cooler and VR-7 and temps never went below 50c idle, and in the 70c under load. There was audible pump noise, which is not supposed to be an issue with this unit as the pump is in the radiator. Possible my unit had pump issues, and coolant wasn't circulating optimally. The fans are also unbearably loud above 1500 RPM. Using MSI Center, the auto fan tuning ramps all 3 fans to 100% above 70c, which is server room loud. After tuning the fans to appropriate levels, the noise was acceptable but there was a fair amount of resonance noise when fans would ramp up/down. I wanted to like this cooler, but between the thermals increasing with a larger radiator, and the noise... this product misses the mark.

Very easy to install, thermals dropped a lot compared to the 120mm aio I had, but fans are very loud even with adjusting the curves.

Easy to install. Very good looks. Keeps it as cool as almost any other cooler.

So excited to get this item but unfortunately I had to return it because the Thermal paste in the It’s syringe was on everything and dried out. I had to return it.

Pretty cumbersome but overall good for cooling would recommend
The daisey chain connectors are awful, they dont hold the connection tight enough so you have to resort to taping the connectors together. Pump in the radiator failed after 9 months and my cpu temps went from 60c under load to 80c on idle. Filed an RMA and got a V2 replacement, that also failed after 3-4 months. MSi makes terrible quality cpu watwr coolers.

Works great. It definitely helped to cool my GPU down as I was having problems with my old one. If you have a small shell make sure to measure to be sure that it will fit this thing is kinda huge. Only complaint is that it can be noisy.

They should take this off the market. Major cooling problems. They made a V2 i bought it amazing difference. The V1 couldnt keep my Ryzen 5950x under 80C with frequent hits in the 90s, just playing Warzone. V2 keeps it at 50 to 60C. Thats with me gaming, streaming and recording.
msi had a recall on these for the pumps failing! Mine just broke and now im fighting it out with msi to get a newer version or refund! Stay away from this if u want a good, reliable aio cooler.

Bought at bestbuy then bestbuy installed it, and my computer is running perfect. Thank you geek squad

This bad boy dropped my CPU temps by nearly 10°C compared to the 120mm AIO it replaced and is whisper-quiet. Installation was fairly straightforward (relative to other AIOs, at least) and it included many installation options, from 3 bracket types to screws for different configurations. The fans, tubes, and CPU block look phenomenal, and all at a great price at my local store. 10/10

Liquid cooling that was easier to install than a copper heat sink and only a few dollars more.

It started failing after 4 months. I purchased this on June 2, 2023. I started having heat issues in August. I've troubleshooted every other part of my system. I even replaced the manufacturer's CPU slot with a Thermalright CPU Contact Frame Retrofit Kit for better heat spread. My final test was to put the CPU in my other system and it was fine. Faulty cooler and Best Buy only has a 15 day return... yeah. It was obviously fine at that point. I'm off to try and get a replacement through MSI support.

I wanted to like this Product, but I can't, main problem is that, IT IS noisy, if your pc stand next to you I DO NOT recommended, I use MSI Center with Fan Tune, yet still noise,

Running at above average temperatures, cpu overheating, giving issues after two years. Just found out that there may be a recall. Hopefully MSI does right by me.

It was working great as expected, didn't come with its own rgb hub for the argb fans so I had to find a third party one since msi didn't seem to have one for sale. After 2 months of use my pc suddenly started overheating and idles around 70 degrees celsius just on the home page. I looked it up and this aio pump has a reputation of dying from a bacteria growth its known for, do NOT buy, these are supposed to last you years.
