I bought this on clearance because the performance, features, and reviews seemed just fine for that price. This is no MacBook Pro, but a MB pro isn't a MB Pro anymore either. Since Tim Cook gets to decide that my perfectly working machine shouldn't be allowed to work anymore, this will do. I won't hand MacBook money over any more to essentially rent a machine. Same philosophy I took with the iPhone. Overall, everything works fine. It's still using windows 10, I've declined the 11 upgrades so far. I'd like to be pretty familiar with my new machine first. I'm still cleaning out as much windows junk as I can, and MS office that I'll never pay for. It's very light weight and thin as advertised, yet still has a nice big screen. the keyboard looks and feels nice. A feature I liked is the 512G SSD, as well as the ability to add another SSD and much more memory. I don't know about battery life yet, but it seems okay. Satisfied overall.

This was on sale for $549.00 when I purchased it which seemed like a great value for the specs. A week later I noticed it went on clearance for $500.99. I contacted Best Buy and they gladly refunded me the difference. I couldn't be happier with my Best Buy experience and am very pleased with this laptop. It looks sharp and feels very solid and well constructed. It's performance is excellent for what I need and I love the fact that it is very upgradeable. I have already added another 8GB of RAM to it for about $20 and will add an additional 512GB SSD to the additional M.2 slot here soon. It is quiet and stays very cool. All in all I feel like it was a great purchase and will serve all my computing needs for many years to come.

I only got this laptop to play the sims. It worked very well for just under three years. I was able to play with a lot of mods and the laptop could handle it.

Great deal on sale. Runs great. I even got a free upgrade to Windows 11 home. You can even upgrade your Ram to 32GB and storage to 2TB. Intel I5 is great for every day use PC. This Laptop is not for gaming. 5 start for MSI.

I recently purchased this laptop for around $500. I have been super impressed with this laptop! It runs better than a Macbook Air M2 that I returned because it had many glitches. My wife also had a Macbook and returned it because it constantly froze. We also returned a Lenovo Yoga because it had its fair share of issues. So basically, I paid about $400 less than the Yoga and about $700 less than the Macbook Air and this laptop runs way smoother! At first I did not know much about MSI, so I started doing some research. All I could find were positive reviews for this brand, so I gave this laptop a chance. Im super happy I did!! And at this price, this is a steal!!

Keyboard has dead keys after about a year and a half. Seems to be a mechanical issue, but the build doesn’t seem like it held up being in a backpack for school so often. Slowed down a lot as well compared to my other laptop after the same time.

I like my new MSI laptop very much especially the back lit key board. I'm not a gamer so lightning speed isn't my thing. This MSI is much faster than my old Asus and a great buy. I shopped read reviews and decided this one fit my needs and my wallet. So far it's exceeded my needs and I'm happy with it and Best Buy.

My son loves this laptop for playing Roblox, he uses it everyday, easy setup, love the keypad colorful lights. He also uses it for homework, great for both.

Laptop works way better than my previous computer. Don't especially like the keyboard. Smaller than previous. Bought site unseen with someone else's recommendation. Screen smaller than previous but seems to be industry standard.

Meets my expectations because all I needed was for casual web browsing and slight gaming like the sims. Knew what to expect of this laptop and it fits perfectly,

I needed a school laptop to write papers and connect with my online university. This laptop fills the bill and it's perfect. I almost went with another less expensive laptop but I know MSI brand and that they are leaders in electronics. Boy am I glad. I feel I can trust this laptop can go the 4 years I need to get through my courses.

I am pleased with this purchase. It is very useful when studying or working. The battery life is not the best, but for the price you pay for this, it is okay. I recommended this product.

It's a nice looking laptop..... Solid metal construction with quite a bit heft for its size. However it is sluggish at best performance and leaves me wishing it could have been better.

Bought for my girlfriend.. guess she likes it, she doesnt talk about it much. Prob shouldnt have wasted my money on her but i know its a good laptop i mean...its MSI.

I like 15W ice cold Intel 10gen processor. You can adjust fans with built-in MSI software, so you can get completely silent machine. Nice matte screen, really slim case, nice keyboard. But steel lid and cover are dubious decision. Feels and looks like tin can. Will be better to made it with alu or plastic. But price is good.

Really nice computer meant for work or school and not games.

This computer works really well for school, work, and slight gaming. I've had it for 5 months now and there are no issues. This laptop will last me a few years!

I was really excited to have this machine, the configuration, disk, and the price was just perfect. Initially, it worked fine, but within less than a couple of months, the wifi connection started dropping on this machine. First, I thought it was my router so I traded in my router for a mesh. Even after that, the problem still persisted. I tested the machine side by side with 2 other machines, a mac book, and a windows desktop with wifi. This one still dropped connection while the other 2 machines had rock stable connectivity on the same network. MSI had been a good reputed company, what happened?

I like most everything about this laptop. A pleasant surprise was the size of the keys. They are a little larger then most and I personally like that a lot. System is fast unit is very nice.
