The display, camera, and sound on this PC are excellent. Great backlit keyboard. Processor seems speedy for my uses. My only wish would be for one more USB port since one gets used for Ethernet when hard-wired.

A surprisingly good item. Had no prior knowledge of the manufacturer and hadn't seen much about them. Actually purchased on the salespersons recommendations and paid a bit more than I wanted to. Overall, very pleased with my purchase. Keyboard backlight is great, soft keys fantastic and speed great.

I needed a new laptop but did not want to spend a lot. I am 70 years old and do not need a powerhouse like I use to you. The MSI filled the build. It does everything and more I have used it for a month and no problems have occurred. I would strongly recommend this laptop.

We bought 6 similar computers like thsi and 2 out of them never worked right out of box and we had to return them. The new ones did work. We alos were promised the Black Friday price and each time they were out of stock and them we could not get that price.

This is my second MSI Laptop. Good luck finding a competitors product with a core i5, 8gb of ram, 512gb SS drive and aluminum chassis for this price. I bought this one for business use and it’s been rock solid.

Great laptop for the money, love the back lit keyboard. Is head and shoulders above anything in this price range. We use it for zoom meetings, spread sheets, and emails. Couldn’t be happier with this laptop.

Great performance and very pleasing aesthetics which are ultra slim and metal frame. This is not a gaming laptop sold by MSI so buyer beware. Other than no GPU it has all the bells and whistles.

Its fast, very light. I don't care much for the keyboard but for the money it was well worth it.

Have had it for almost a year and it still performs very well. This was my first MSI and it's used by my son for school and some light online gaming and will look to buy a more powerful gaming MSI in the future

I have been looking for a reasonably priced laptop without all of the added software but with good performance. I have an old HP which ran very hot and with added RAM and still would shut down due to overheating. This MSI is quiet, although brand new, but very simple and clean and sleek looking. It was easy to set up and I added 8 GB RAM to bring it to 16GB and it is quite impressive. While the mouse pad is a bit cheap feeling, it's not a big deal to me. I use a wireless mouse usually. I use this for home and small business needs.

Great purchase, boots up fast and gets online in no time at all. I use this for browsing the web, checking emails and storing photos. I like how fast it is, doesn't lag at all for what i use it for. I have not used this brand in the past but im very happy so far with its performance.

Ive only owned this laptop for like 2 months and it is already slowing down... I dont any major programs installed in it. Also this is a finger print magnet, the moment you touch the laptop it gets extremely dirty and it is hard to clean.

Would recommend buying even just for the basic computing needs, will save a lot of time loading up multiple browsers, programs such as word and PowerPoint for school, and even run videos in the background. Great quality finish and feels like you paid for a laptop usually worth 1 grand. Downside no number pad, charging port seems to be in a weird spot that can block an HDMI port.

Purchased for an extra computer at my office. This is Anafor the price. I love the backlit keyboard the way the keyboard is laid out is really close to an Mac air Fast processor and the graphics are perfect

Good value and performance, however, when gently transported in a backpack, the display acquired a sort of pixelated flickering it scarcely but irritatingly does, not greatly inhibiting the function of the device, but not ideal.

Gets work done just the lack of a graphics card makes it unsuitable for gaming if you're into that. The battery life is not the greatest either, after 2 hours on medium chip power it runs out.

Nice backlighting of keys. Good key set up and finger pad. Very light and well built. Good performance all around so far. Purchased at $100 off regular price, so it seems like a very good buy.

I needed a new laptop to replace my old, unreliable "slug." The sales associate in the store directed me to this computer. After doing some more research of other laptops, both at Best Buy and elsewhere and getting some additional questions answered about this laptop, I bought it. I am extremely happy with it. It is very fast. It boots up in less than 15 seconds and shuts down even faster. The apps work just about as fast, too. The backlit keys are a huge help. Everything is "plug 'n play." So far I've used it mainly for PowerPoint presentations and zoom meetings and it is flawless. I do not use it for gaming so no experience there. I highly recommend, especially for the price.

It's okay but could be better. The keyboard layout is quite strange. It's big enough to have had a number keypad, but it doesn't. Also, i find that the page down and up keys get in my way when using the arrows because they're the same size and right next to them. Other than that, the screen is good, ports are great (except for no usb c charging), and it's got quite the upgradability with an extra nvme slot and ram slot. I used that extra nvme slot to install a 2nd OS and it's all working smoothly.
