Over heated easily. Screen randomly flickered. After 1 1/2 years the laptop stopped working. Warranty is only one year. Never been this disappointed by a product. For an item this expensive a company should be able to back it for longer than a year. Buy cheap. Don’t waste your money on something nice. They will last the same amount of time.

My experience with MSI laptops was so far a hit and miss. This was definitely a hit. I am very happy with this product. The touchpad has unexpectedly good quality. The camera has a physical button (on a side) to turn it off. The battery so far is really great - I used it to teach 5 hours yesterday without having to charge the battery. The fingerprint scanner works very easily (I love it!). The main reason I bought this laptop was the digital pen (which is rechargeable!). I wish the digital pen could be attached to the laptop on the right side (or anywhere else but), not the left side. On the left side it is in my way of typing. The sound coming out of this laptop is not quite strong enough. It should be a little louder (in my opinion). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. It made me more favorable towards MSI products.
