do not buy

If you buy this, make sure everything works before you leave the store. I am just now trying to use the headphone jack for the 1st time, and it shorts out. Also, the power port sucks. I have to move it a certain way to charge it and it's really loose. I don't even unplug and plug back in. I mainly use it as a desktop and its powers two monitors. Msi will not fix this because they are telling me that it's a refurb and only had a 90-day warranty. When I bought this, I was told it was brand new and I even paid full price. MSI is saying that they can't use my receipt because it's digital and want me to mail them my original receipt. I wish I can return this and go with a different computer.

Fine until it caught fire.

Motherboard Smoked!

I bought it on Oct22 and did not had on heavy duty constantly. Usage period should be approx. 12 months, max. Extremely disappointed. Would not go for MSI again... Sorry MSI!

Designed to break right after warranty is up

Used only at a desk, never traveled with. Never dropped. Treated well. And now I have a catastrophicly broken computer a year later, right after the warranty expired. I'll NEVER buy an MSI product again after this.

Horrible computer

Conveniently after the return period ended this computer becomes very slow, and I barely have anything downloaded on it, I’m still using it very lightly. The computer makes loud static sounds when turned on for a few minutes and you can’t turn it off. The computer also uses up 100% of its battery in less than an hour of use only on PDFs. And it doesn’t make sense for the return window to only be 10 days, that’s ridiculous.
