I bought this computer for my son and he loves it. No issues.

I purchased the Sword for photography editing. Works flawlessly.

Only things I can complain are about are the machine itself is white, the opposite of black ha-ha. Secondly the download that came as part of the purchase does not show up in my library. Great laptop all in all.

Needed a new motherboard in less than a year. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend putting any effort into this laptop; It's slow, and even that is an understatement. The build quality is quite flimsy, but now I know better. Yes, I've updated all the drives and used MSI Afterburner, but no help to my surprise.

It's an excellent computer for performance and everything you need! however, the fans are a bit loud and the battery life is not great when gaming. All the games you attempt to play will play at ultra graphics at over 60fps and everything I tried looks excellent on the 1080p display! I would definitely recommend it to everyone getting into PC gaming and I myself use it constantly.

Screen started failing intermittently about 20 days after purchase. Thus outside of the return window.

Great video quality, gaming on this was a great experience...alil fan noise but if youve played any Playstation consoles youd be fine

The nvidia gpu is really good for running tripleA games at medium to high settings while getting minimum 60fps

Few things i learned about the laptop. To turn up the brightness or the volume on the keyboard you press FN and just press any button. Also the control center isnt the dragon center its the one that comes with the system. The keyboard is only one color that you can dim.

Solid laptop, only thing its missing is a 4k screen, does whatever youre after as far as gaming goes.

It's OK. My older computer runs better. Supposedly a gaming machine and doesn't run sims4 well. Comes with invasive software

This thing is definitely overrated. I bought one before and i couldnt even play the most basic of games: rollercoaster tycoon 3 without it lagging significantly. I returned it the next day. For only a few hundred $ more you can get an asus rog zephrus G14 14 inch, 1tb, 144hz, with high end graphics card, and slim and sleek looking too and totally much more worth ut becauase it can play just about any game including the high end microsoft flight simulator.

In trying to find a laptop that would be ideal for work while allowing me to forge my way onto the gaming scene, this product looked like a winner, but do not be fooled! While doing very light, simple work on this machine the first time I used it the battery life went from 100% to 30% within 90 minutes. Unless you plan to keep this laptop plugged in (at which point why wouldn't you go for a desktop?), stay away from this model!
