Excelent laptop!. People usually says the battery is a problem. But this gaming laptops are made to use with the charger plug in always. But in my experience, is really good, and the price/quality rate is perfect. 10/10

Received this “new” laptop. Expected Better, received this laptop super dirty and fingerprints all over. Ac adapter and cord were super dirty. Not to mention the instore experience was super difficult. Best buy does not work with you at all.

Horrible product extremely dangerous. It caught on fire in my backpack when it was supposed to be in sleep mode!!

-Good performance on simulators/games on 1080 ultra settings -Nice screen, feels big, smooth, bright. -Decent cooling. doesnt have that many air vents but its good because the air comes in and it goes out right after. getting a little loud but the laptop at least doesnt overheat. The hottest the GPU gets after playing for a while is 65-75 celsius, which may sound like very hot its pretty decent. It gets hot quick but it cools down quick too. -The storage is decent. I have a xbox where I can download games like Warzone and forza so I dont really care about the 512gb. Just have in mind a little upgrade in the future. -The materials feels good. It comes in a grey matte strong plastic. The laptops looks good on grey and this color is good because you dont see as many fingerprints as you would in a black laptop.

I bought it when there was a great deal going on granted however at $750 + tax I think I got my moneys worth. This laptop can easily run virtual machines for any IT pros on a budget and can run most modern video games when optimized using nvidia. The only thing I would like to let folks know is that this needs to be plugged in while gaming otherwise the battery drain is high. Also initially setting up the laptop required troubleshooting with tech support since I was stuck on the install screen, it may be an isolated incident though. However ever since then I’ve had no issues for months now & been able to do everything I wanted with no issues!

I originally got the computer to play a few “high end” games like Rainbow Six Siege, but after loading the game up one time I realized that the i5 core 13420h put on it probably wasn’t the best thing I could’ve bought. I played siege for about 20-30 minutes and it was already overheating and the fan was as loud as it could be. The fan wasn’t annoying it was just over heating. The computer works great, just be careful what games you play on it. I also was using it and the WiFi signal on it wasn’t great either so I have to bring it a lot closer to my router than I usually would with another laptop or gaming console. This is my first laptop I bought so that’s on me, but I got it on sale for $600 on Black Friday and I mean if you wanna play indie games and fortnite, rocket league, low end triple AAA games. It will work just fine. By the way the rtx 4050 literally never goes about 70% ever and the cpu (i5 core) is always almost at 100% so the i5 could definitely use an upgrade. Like if it was an i7 core it would be more of a match with the 4050. Also the high games work just fine if you played them for longer it’s just the fact if you pushed the laptop to its maximum cup for so long it could end up messing with the cpu or breaking. I don’t really care about battery life because I can just plug my computer in, like I’m always playing games and I understand that doing that will drain the battery quick
