It's all pictures, no text. So if the pictures don't make sense, you're out of luck. We had five different people trying to figure out how to get the shelf on it (some very mechanically inclined), but could never figure it out. So the shelf is in storage. Otherwise, it rolls nice and is well balanced (we have a 75" tv on it).

The directions are only pictures and aren't the most helpful. Never did get the shelf on it...had multiple people trying to figure it out without success.

Mobile Large Monitor Cart

The base is stable, has locking wheels to hold it in place, and can easily be rolled around as needed to different areas. Cart does not display any hippiness, and is currently set about 50% of height adjustment maximum for this base. The two trays work great and are sized appropriately for a DVD player, and a bluetooth wireless transmitter that displays from pc/Sat TV receiver. Opted for the Black version, but available in Silver as well. I do not know how mobile it would be if it was rolling on carpet, but hardwood and linoleum floors is almost effortless.
