My Geek Squad membership with Best Buy has been invaluable. A few years ago, I decided to forgo my Geek Squad membership. After letting it expire, I encountered a serious problem with my computer and used an online tech company to fix it, for which I paid a hefty price. I discovered afterward that the company had been hacked, which resulted in a lot of scam emails. I decided to go back to Geek Squad and have maintained my membership ever since. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient, and dependable - not to mention being a short drive away. I highly recommend them.

I would give 5 Stars rating for Best Buy. All my electronics appliances I bought it in BestBuy with affordable amount every month without interest! With the help of their Tech support maintained the performances and in good quality of my appliances. can't go wrong with this membership. Little high price but you're automatically covered on any purchases you made including apple care. I say its a win-win for you if you can afford the membership.

Year in and year out, some of the best money I invest in my life is my Geek Squad total package that covers all of my devices. The people at my store on Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA are absolutely beyond compare. Whatever the problem or concern, it is quick and easy for me to book an appointment. Almost 100% of the time they do whatever I need for my laptop and cell phone right in the store. The techs. are kind and nice to work with and really know their stuff! They never make me feel stupid or old and have infinite patience with me and everyone else. And the phone help is also great and saves me so much time and energy.
