Didn't I just do this one. Oh well. Total is just the best, and everyone should get it. Worth the annual renewal price.

Have had this membership for many years. Anytime I need help with my computer, I received excellent help and the resolution of all issues with the computer. Also received help with a laptop that was covered under this service. Most service was fast. They do have busy times, though. Win-Win!

I have had this coverage for several years. Yes, sometimes it seemed like wasted money when there was no need to use it, however, when my equipment had issues, they were able to handle it.

The initial agent accessed my computer, resolved the software issue, and the second agent optimized it, so now it runs faster. Both agents were friendly, efficient and encouraged me to use all of their resources.

This mambership is a real value. I can contact BestBuy whenever I have an issue and they will walk me through it online or fix it for me. The home install and free delivery is also a plus.

Now this is smart ! I have had products that needed to be fixed or updated or cleaned up and with my yearly protection plan I always had support 24hrs a day . Sometimes I bought products and before I even think about purchasing a protection plan , I am made aware that I am automatically covered . What a great feeling to know I always have support!

Always good on updates, good reviews of products. Good services on anything you buy.

Total Tech is an excellent value in my opinion. Anytime I have needed assistance, I have been helped in a timely manner with any issue solved.

I do not know much about computers, and that is why I purchased Best Buy's Total Yearly subscription and have continued to renew it. When I have a problem, I just call and get over-the-phone assistance. The agents can even take over my computer and solve my problems for me. I highly recommend this service.

Geek squad is excellent. Yet it kind of upsets me that after this year of my subscription the free in home set up is going away. I understand it costs money for Best Buy to send people yey Best Buy could at least offer free in home set up if a certain dollar amount was purchased. If someone purchased a 2k TV and 1k in sound system for instance, free in home set up should be offered. Or possibly if a customer reaches certain points with purchases at Best Buy they should receive free in home set up.

I never grow up with all the electronics we have today. I only remember the small black and white television and "Wow!" when my parents were able to finally afford a color TV did we ever feel fortunate. So when it comes to problems with my TV, cellphone or computer I really need help and the Geek Squad is my lifeline. They save me every time and will be my electronic buddies forever. I can't afford to be without them.

Would not be without the Geeksquad. They keep my computer in top shape.

I'm still under the old Best Buy Total, which is absolutely wonderful. For me , come July I will be under the new plan which is a " little" cheaper but you lose, I feel, a lot. I love the Geek Squad 24 Hour service if I have a problem with my computer.

We love the Best Buy Protection Plan. We have had it for a long time and we wouldn't be without it. It is nice to get ahold of the Geek Squad and have them straighten out our computer, plus the computer I bought for my 94 yr old dad, that loves his computer.

I have subscribed to Best Buy Total Tech for several year. I do like having coverage for delivery, setup, installation services for products I buy. I didn't give it a perfect 5 because the Geek squad service help has been a little hit or miss depending who you get.

I have had this plan for a few years and have recommend it. With unlimited "tune ups" for my desk top and laptop, 2 year warranty on purchases, delivery, set up, and haul away, I feel it has been a good investment. With the changes coming to the program, I will be thinking twice about renewing.

Been using this Total Service for several yrs. & it's priceless for EVERYTHING, from my phone to my laptop, to my iPad! The occasional Tune ups and Updates are priceless! No way could i do all the detailed cleaning tha Geeks do!

I had considered not renewing my Best Buy Total but when I bought my TV and needed their services I was so glad that I had renewed my plan. The delivery, setup and tech support were well worth the yearly renewal cost.
