I got the tv for my wife and she loves it. Only problem was when I ordered the tv on line , the tv was sent to another Best Store that was out of my area.

The HP laptop I purchased was the best investment to my family and it performs perfectly! The service provided by your Best Buy employee was super over the top friendly and felt like he was family! Excellent….we “cut the cord” and decided to “Roku” all tvs in our home. We are in our 80’s and slow to give up cable. We bought the Roku sticks on sale at Best Buy. We also scheduled Geeks to install them. The sticks were delivered the next day and Bill, our Geek came to install a couple days later. Bill was wonderfully patient and educated us not only in installation, but also operation. So easy now. Best Buy is the BEST!

Bought an Apple Macbook on black Friday from UTC store in Sarasota. Had the computer shipped since this store did not carry the color we wanted. Shipment never arrived. Went to store 1141. in Bradenton.. Wonderful customer service from Chris the supervisor who was persistent in getting the original order canceled. Dave also helped along with several other associates to fix this shipping issue. Excellent customer service by all.. This location deserves a "10" for overall customer service. The team stuck with us for several hours to make sure we were taken care of. Chris went "above and beyond" and successfully got this completed and we were able to bring the computer home. We will definitely be shopping at store #1141 in the future for our purchases. Thank you to the team at store 1141 for the outstanding customer service!!

I am so well pleased with my new refrigerator that replaced the refrigerator my mother had left me which was breaking down and I was emotionally attached to and didn’t want to give it up. If not for my son I would probably still be holding on to it. So glad my son insisted on me having a new refrigerator and proactively bought a new one for me. I am enjoying my new refrigerator and haven’t regretted moving on from my mother’s old refrigerator.

I'm honestly blown away at how much better these sound vs the 3rd gen airpods. Airpods 4 somehow manage to sound like proper ear buds with a great, full sound and a surprising amount of bass! I actually use these to listen to music rather than solely for communication. If you're in the market for airpods you will not be disappointed with these.

Samsung TV is one of the best product I purchased which totally enjoyable to watch the overall quality especially at night before bedtime. Just on time to enjoy USA 2026 Einter Olympic in Milan/Cortina Italy. Plus Roku package equipment and TV antenna which supports at best for reasonable cost with excellent products to use.

This is an excellent tv for the price. It has good connectiin options and the mini-LED panel looks like a much more expensive tv. I pirchased it primarily for multiperson gaming and it looks amazing with computer, Switch, ans Xbox X. I also really like the Google OS insteadnof FireTv.

Really noticed a difference when I switched from wi-fi to hardwired for both my Xbox and my television. Absolutely no buffering on streaming services. Great for gaming really noticed a change in load times.

Bella toaster oven is Outstanding!! Has convection and air fryer that is wonderful!! I bought this on one of the best sales, and has been the perfect replacement for my older t-oven!! Totally worth more!!

Loving the Meta Quest 3. Using it mainly to run the ACEXR system for USPSA but have ran other programs to play around. Store representatives were awesome and attentive and was the same one that sold us our washer and dryer.

I purchased a refurbished SE IPhone for my granddaughter, she loves it. We put a screen protector and cover on it and she is very proud of it. She contacts her parents and me after school and when needed. Great choice!

I love shopping at Best Buy. Getting the protection plan is vital. Not because the product it bad but because anything can happen. Best Buy is the easiest handle this type of issue. I bought a TCL a couple of years ago with the protection plan and it just stopped showing picture so they refunded me what the TV was worth and I was able to get an even better TV!

The Brother Ink is a quality product I rely on at work. The increased number of copies with the larger cartridge for the black ink or the color cartridges can be useful on large projects when time is of the essence.

I love my Samsung washer and dryer. They are easy to use and I have multiple settings so I can pick the best fit for my clothes. I love the time display. It allows me to plan my time and chores easily. They are very nice looking. The bleach dispenser and the soap and softener dispensers are perfect.

I bought this printer to replace my old one. It is so easy to use and the quality of the photo is excellent. If you are thinking of getting one just do it. It’s worth every penny.

I wanted a new monitor as an accessory to my laptop so I could see the screen better. I wanted something easy on the eyes to avoid eye-strain. I wanted a screen that came with speakers. My Dell 27-inch did the trick. I had it shipped to my home, and it arrived well packed, safe and sound.
