My Geek Squad membership is one of the best purchases I’ve made at Best Buy. I haven’t needed it for any repairs so far but their advice and ability to answer questions has been invaluable. With my Geek Squad membership I can make Best Buy purchases with confidence that if anything goes wrong I have someone with product knowledge that I can depend on to help me out.

Every single time I visit either the online or the store, I get to see various options for each products and that helps me assess the differences between them and choose my product better. Better service and one stop shop for most of my electronics needs.. Keep up the good work

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I can definitely feel the difference in the cooling & freezer areas ! My foods last much longer than my last fridge! I love BESTBUY, I’m a frequent shopper! The best help and service. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the product (purchased an HP computer, a mid priced model a bit over a year ago). Works well, no serious issues. Service and assistance with my purchase have been outstanding, especially the Geek Squad, without exception. I would definitely buy more products from Best Buy.

I purchased a Maytag dryer and it has been amazing!! It drys most items in 30 minutes from clothes to towels to small throw rugs. I would highly recommend this Maytag Dryer to anyone looking for a new dryer! It exceeded my expectations and does a fantastic job drying!!!

Pro Apple earpods are secure and sensational! They are comfortable and safe to wear-not wobbly and worrisome for us older ones. Easy to pair with phone or any bluetooth device. Privacy is treasured with these state of the art pods…worth every penny!

Gigabyte laptop is fantastic. Great resolution screen - - at 16” it’s super responsive and provides excellent responsiveness and clarity. 32 gigs of RAM and a NVIDIA 5000 series video card, what’s not to like. Oh and all this at a very affordable price! Get one of these ASAP! I just might get rid of my desktop and use this laptop exclusively!!!!

We had a good shopping visit at the Sarasota store. We were greeted within minutes of arriving in the sm electronics area by Luca. We were buying a new I pad for my husband. Luca was very efficient, knowledgeable , personable and thorough in providing excellent service.

Our Roomba 705 does a great job, just like all of the iRobot Vacs which our family has owned. It is easy to take care of & cleans well. The only problem we have ever had with all of the iRobot Vacs is that the do have a tendency to get “stuck” if there are obstacles (like electric cords) that they come across
