Just upset with customers service. I put in an order for a video card on a Friday. When I went to check on when it was going to ship. This system showed no order. Get on chat. And foa total of 1.5-2 hours. And 3 or maybe 4 people. It sucks to be you right now is what it feels like all of them were telling me. It went off sale and I can’t do anything for you. No body can. Sorry have a nice day. Case number 372110876, 3721108762, I think there were 4 different chat people I talked to. My membership is beginning to bug me. Things now come with only 2 years of warranty. And I don’t see where I can get a longer warranty on anything I buy now

The Shocks pro 2 are good, but I should have gone with the minis due to them maybe fitting better. I wear them for work out and during the day, pretty comfortable, and they sound good. I hear calls well too. If I had to choose between the Shokz or in ear, I go with the Shokz for the comfort. If I need all out noise cancellation, I wear my AirPod pros. I feel I am also less likely to lose these, they can hang on my neck and I do not need to find a case to put them in If I need them off for a short bit. If you want comfort with good sound, go with these, if super picky on sound or need stronger noise cancellation shop for another style or brands.

Your one stop shop for all things, electronic and even a few things not such as snacks. Over the decades, I’ve seen Best Buy evolve in technology from everything including VHS up to 4K blu-ray players. No matter where I go in the country this brand has never failed me. They have fixed my computers my VCR’s and even my video game consoles. The staff is always so polite and welcoming. The geek squad is always ready to tackle any challenge that I throw at them. The magnolia sound room always excites me every time I go in to take a break from shopping and just let the sound flow over me.

I got the tv for my wife and she loves it. Only problem was when I ordered the tv on line , the tv was sent to another Best Store that was out of my area.

We are very pleased with every product we've purchased (TVs, Cables, Amplifiers, DVD players, Lap Tops and a Smart Watch) and we are also very pleased with every Installation and, when needed, their Technical Support. Every Best Buy experience has been Perfect in every way!

I love my Bella pro 6 slice Air fryer toaster but I don't know why they call pro when it doesn't have special features especially a interior light but alot of those are not needed but I would like all ovens to have a but the price you can't beat it. Still happy plus it came with an Air fryer my first and I am loving it especially for that price. Plus I wanted Air fryer that I could see though this haves everything I wanted in oven.

Bought an Apple Macbook on black Friday from UTC store in Sarasota. Had the computer shipped since this store did not carry the color we wanted. Shipment never arrived. Went to store 1141. in Bradenton.. Wonderful customer service from Chris the supervisor who was persistent in getting the original order canceled. Dave also helped along with several other associates to fix this shipping issue. Excellent customer service by all.. This location deserves a "10" for overall customer service. The team stuck with us for several hours to make sure we were taken care of. Chris went "above and beyond" and successfully got this completed and we were able to bring the computer home. We will definitely be shopping at store #1141 in the future for our purchases. Thank you to the team at store 1141 for the outstanding customer service!!

[Employee of bestbuy] My insignia stainless steel fridge has been great, it was way cheaper than all of the other brands because it’s the Best Buy house brand, but it works just as well as the more expensive options from LG and GE. I know a little bit about appliance repair, and looking at the insides, it seems like it’s built mostly out of whirlpool parts baded on some of the part numbers

The onlybreason i am giving Best Buy a 3 star is because the service techs are great. Trying to schedule anything with Best Buy has gotten nearly impossible. We tried to set up an appointment for TV mountings and a home theatre set up. I got hung up on after a 30 minute phone conversation with someone that clearly didnt know what was going on. When i called back a gentleman set up three appontments. Two TV mountings and what was suppose to be a home theatre set up. The people i talked to cleatly did not speak English as their first language. Because of the language barrier they scheduled me for setting up theatre seats. When the techs came they canceled the appintment and were not able to schedule the appropriate service. I have now been hung up on twice while tryi g to make the appoinment. Best Buy does not seem to care about how they service their customers. I will not be re-newing my Total Tech Memborship as it is no longer worth the hassle of trying to just get a service scheduled.

Unfortunately, wrapped the dishwasher installed the dishwasher and come to find out that I can’t open a corner door of my kitchen vanity. I requested no door or handle I should say, but apparently the construction of the dishwasher still creates a handle by which I’m stuck with the dishwasher in order for me to open the door. I have to open the dishwasher in order to access that drawer on the hall. It’s a fantastic dishwasher.

Great experience so far, I haven’t had any issues and the service or product. The only thing I wish they can do would be to offer seasonal discounts for Mil/Services/teacher or students, but that’s really it. Overall, I love that there’s no interest attached to purchases. This card it makes it easy to pay things down faster!

I will always use Best But for all of our Tec products! We are enjoying our Auto Cam while traveling. I love the fact that if something is wrong… I can bring it to the store and someone will either fix it or suggest what I should do from there. I also love The My Rewards!!! Excellent….we “cut the cord” and decided to “Roku” all tvs in our home. We are in our 80’s and slow to give up cable. We bought the Roku sticks on sale at Best Buy. We also scheduled Geeks to install them. The sticks were delivered the next day and Bill, our Geek came to install a couple days later. Bill was wonderfully patient and educated us not only in installation, but also operation. So easy now. Best Buy is the BEST!

The HP laptop I purchased was the best investment to my family and it performs perfectly! The service provided by your Best Buy employee was super over the top friendly and felt like he was family! I definitely would highly recommend Best Buy on Princess Anne Rd. to anyone looking for electronic products or needing help selecting items as they are the best. They know their stuff inside and out. Best customer service and a friendly service always there to assist you if you have questions. Yesterday I returned a phone case and they assisted me asap to do return and buying the that I needed. I’ll be back to install the screen protector

I am so well pleased with my new refrigerator that replaced the refrigerator my mother had left me which was breaking down and I was emotionally attached to and didn’t want to give it up. If not for my son I would probably still be holding on to it. So glad my son insisted on me having a new refrigerator and proactively bought a new one for me. I am enjoying my new refrigerator and haven’t regretted moving on from my mother’s old refrigerator.
