One of my favorite movies. I wish second one was in same set so i could keep them together.

Not as good as the first. If you have a wife that enjoys lifetime then maybe she will like it.

What a wonderful story. And apparently all true. Very funny, without being over the top, well almost. But I know the food, and the family and the lust for life is not over the top. Greek culture is so full of life. There are a lot of scene-stealers and hilarious set ups in this flick. I love all the characters, even the mean old grandmother. Two beautiful scenes from the movie without giving anything away (but who hasn’t seen this yet?); “I remember you from that restaurant.” “I was going though a frump stage.” “I don’t remember frump, but I remember you…” And on the bridge, “Did you just say I was beautiful?” The bonus is that the beautiful Nia Vardalos who this happened to, wrote and stars in the movie. Added commentaries on the disc are hilarious and insightful too about the story, and the making of.

This is one of the best romantic comedies ever made loved my big fat Greek wedding and also it is one of the funniest movies loved the Greek lady and the American guy in the movie. What I loved about it is that the movie was clean with no language at all and the lady who is the Greek lady in the movie the story of the movie was played by the Greek lady who was Tolua in my big fat Greek wedding and I would recommend the movie to family and friends one of the funniest parts it basically happend to one of my teachers when the lady fallen down and she has a headset phone on her and instead my teacher did not fall Down I did tell my teacher she reminded me off of my big fat Greek wedding and the movie is wonderful and great and the best romantic comedy

Boy and girl meet. However boy and girl are from different nationalities. This causes problems with the parents who are too rooted in their heritage. The resulting interaction leads to some very funny situations with parents who attempt to impose their wills on the adult children

No matter what background you come from, you can relate to this movie. It is funny and clever in the development of characters and plot. Should be part of everyone's romantic comedy collection.

Almost every big family can see visions of their crazy family in this movie. We own a copy and watch it often. This copy is for my parents - everyone needs a copy to enjoy!

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. The lesson is that it is now always good to be the same as everyone else. Good lesson for young girls. Being different is good.
