I'm Confused

I haven't had the game long, but I have been doing cardio workouts. I had some spare time this evening and thought I would try out the other workouts like ie, upper body, core, lower body, flexibility, etc. They are the same workouts as the cardio. Did I get scammed? Did I get the same game as everyone else? The yoga portion was actually yoga, but everything else is the same. Where are the pushups and what not? I wanted to workout my upper body, butI that workout was the same aerobic/cardio I have been doing. I am very upset: am I doing it right? Also, someone compared these workouts to a 4 mile workout they used to do. Are they serious? I am only in the beginning stages, but there is no way. I like the game, but I don't know how much now. I need more variety, I don't want to do just aerobics. I am CONFUSED!?

best gift i ever got
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i wasn`t so motivated to lose weight until i got this game.you know treadmill is sooo boring. the trainer mya makes you want to come back.with all the fitness tips she tells you that you are doing a great job all in all i love this fitness couch.

Good but not good for Deaf
