90's movies at it best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was just a movie I liked from the 90's so really just wanted it for my collection of dvd's. It's story line stays close to the first one so its a good one to have if you own the first.

Sequel to My Girl
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Normally you do not see a sequel to a movie outdo the original, but In this case it is a happy exception. While we enjoyed the original "My Girl”, it left us depressed, not only from Thomas J's untimely death, but in Vada's severe emotional reaction to the loss of her best friend. Anna Chlumsky and Austin O'Brien do a very good job of portraying their characters. The story line is credible and anyone who has visited California will relate very well to the scenery and characters. The best part of the movie is the very positive storyline and the happy ending which was missing in the original.
