I am a comparison shopper--I look for the best price for anything I'm buying literally everywhere....which is how I came across Best Buy for a My Little Pony Magic School playset. Their price was significantly lower than the next closest (over 20% lower at the time) so here we are....me reviewing a My Little Pony playset on Best Buy's website.
Anyway, if you have a child that loves My Little Pony then no doubt they love My Little Pony toys....which can sometimes be crazy expensive. This set was fairly pricey most places, but was a great deal here so I went ahead and purchased it.
It took probably 15 minutes or so to put it all together, but it was totally worth it as she absolutely loves it. It works with other MLP figures from the series, has some cute accessories, and comes with a figure as well. She's played with it for a while, and keeps it in a place of importance in her room.
It seems sturdy enough to last a good bit, even with the fancy moving parts and lights and music, etc. It's cute and imaginative, and totally worth it if you can find it on sale.
One star off because, really, it's still too expensive for what it is, but at the right price it will make your MLP lover very happy.
