A Pleasant Surprise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite the animation being atypical of Ghibli, and neither Miyazaki nor Takahata having anything to do with the making of this film, it is surprisingly funny and moving; like a Japanese counterpart to "Peanuts," almost.

Nice little movie and finally on Blu-ray
