Found out about this series from a recommendation. The Japanese title caught my curiosity in being titled "My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected" and so I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed as the story and characters are great. Please note that this complete set is completely in Japanese with English subtitles only. In other words, if your Japanese is not that great, you will be "reading" the anime and you will have to follow closely as the dialog does tie into other episodes which you will have to do a double take to get the meaning. I was very tied into the series as it does include the OVA (episode 13) in this set. It starts out slow and was very surprised how the 3 characters (Hachiman, Yukino, & Yui) are tied together from an "accident" that you later piece together and discover from their conversations. Also, I found it funny that some female characters names are easy to remember as their first and last name tie together; Yukino Yukinoshita, Yui Yuigahama,Saki Kawasaki, etc... Hachiman's philosophy of life is a bit funny, but very true. Check out this anime as you won't be disappointed in the story.

One of the best animes in recent memory for me. I haven't gotten into anime since junior/high school and since then have fallen out not knowing what's in or what's going on. The original Dragon Ball, Urestei Yatsura, Ranma 1/2, among others were during my youth. Watching again on my spare time I've come across this anime and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's relatable no matter what point in your life. Opening and Closing themes are on point as well.

This Blu Ray wasn't for me...my boyfriend really liked the series...he gave this season 4 stars and the 2nd one 5 stars...so this actually was a gift for him.
