Not good for Iphone 6+ or Ipad Mini

Unfortunately it only charges my iPhone6+ or IPad Mini about 35-40%. I was honestly expecting to get a full 100% charge while on the go with my 6+. I contacted the company and they said this is normal for those two devices.
