    Item purchased, Good. Issues with account, being over charged, after purchases made with card. Over all Best Buy. Giving me Issues of my Account & Updating Info. But, on 10/26/2022. Some how I was charged for a service, and a number that they couldn't provide services for, that needed Authorization. Talking Security Reason. Where was all this SECURITY ON 10/26/2022..WERE WAS IT?

    It’s good but I wish it had a dedicated USB port for any other USB devices. You then are limited with how you can use your phone while it is charging.

    My phone lightening conductor wouldn't hold a charge due to phone getting water inside. Best Buy Employee 'Tay' from the Honolulu store took the time and found a quick solution as my phone was about to die. Saved money and was able to use my phone rest of trip. Thanks!

    It was good for the whole 21 days it lasted. Then after charging my husband phone it stopped charging itself. It has 1 solid bar and will charge your device but either the display is broken or it only has a little juice left. It wont show a charge even if charging the block over night. Did not damage it in anyway that we can think of. Just.. stopped.

    Charger works fine when it is plugged into the device/phone but the wireless charging is not working properly. Stays on for less than a minute and then turns itself off. Also scratched very easily. There isn’t any instructions with it either.
