    Charges items slowly and unit charges slowly. I was able to use twice before it no longer worked

    The charger has limitations. Can't tell very easily the charge level. My plug-in phone doesn't last that long woth this battery.

    Well partially my fault. We have 4 iphones in family thought this would be good for disney trip. One cord is for non iphones, then the wireless charge is NOT rapid charge, unit gets HOT when using.

    The battery takes over 12 hours to charge but only lasts about 4 hours not even

    I bought this item with the intended use to charge my phone while being outdoors. The first 2 uses were great after that my item when plugged in to the wall did not go past the first bar after 3hours! I thought it was the outlet but turns out it was the item. The item only charges my Iphone 11 ten percent before dying and needing to be plugged back into the wall. This was a very disappointing purchase and it has not been a month with this item.

    Not so great! Doesn’t stay on to charge phone even when it is fully charged. After about five min you have to peer it back on

    Not Qi certified. No maglock. The phone easily slides to the side due to shiny slick surface. Must continuously find the charging center in order to initiate charging. Drains fast. Must recharge immediately after just one use

    This was absolutely awful product. My battery blew up after only two uses and charging it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Waste of money.
