I bought this item to use on my vacation since I was going to be on the move constantly and wanted to make sure my phone would stay alive for photos of course--well this item did not do what I was expecting. Obviously it is no mophie brand, but I did not expect it to die within 10 minutes of charging my phone..It only gave my phone about 8%-10% more battery life and it died super quickly. Definitely not worth it. Im sure there are other portable chargers around the same rice with better quality.

Good portability easy to carry comes in very handy

I enjoyed that it does charge your phone, not as fast; but it does do a great job.

The mycharge charger charges my phone fast and the charge lasts. It is small enough to fit in my wallet and doesn't take long to charge back up.

Took me a few tries to find the right charger and this works the best for me.

Battery works pretty well. I don't believe it charges up to the amount of hours it says it will. Like that it's thin and can easily fit in my sons pocket along with his phone.

This unit takes a long time to recharge fully and will only boost your phone about 30%. Good in a pinch but there are a lot better ones out there don't spend the money,

I'm very satisfied with every purchase I have made at best buy never had a problem ever with any purchase or any problem with merchandise I had to return I will continue buying all my elections, photo paper, hp ink cartridges, etc from best buy thank you for your service

This is a good solution when you will be away from car and power outlets for the better part of the day and will be using your smart phone. My daughter uses it when on field trips or other outings.

Great charger for momements when you are not near electrical outlets. The charge takes about the same time as electric charge. Just remember to recharge the portable charger for next use.

This item broke SHUT down should I say 5 days ago. During a move to another location. I have been unable to get a hold of either best buy near my area or the actual company themselves ?

This will charge a phone, but not back to 100%. So it's nice if you run out of power & you are not able to plug in your phone. It will keep you going for a short while.

Its good cause little and portable, but doesnt stay charged long at all.

Small, convenient, quick and easy. Best way to describe this charger. Easy to use and very fast.

Recently I purchased two chargers; one from a local discounter (for $5.00) and My Charge. I bought the My Charge because the package said it would provide a quick charge for my Samsung phone. That has not been the case. The discounted charger (1/6 the cost) provides a recharge in the same time as the My Charge!! I have considered returning the My Charge but am traveling and have discarded the packaging.

Super compact and very fast charge. Perfect for laptop bag while traveling.

I really like that this is slim and is able to fit in my pocket. Hope they make them in different colors soon.
