    Decent quailty picture and sound but the user guide and menu options a bit confuding. I could not change the date and time as the manual stated (it came with the wrong date programmed). The directions left out an important step to complete the date / time change; I had to email the company and they provided the solution. So customer service is very good

    Works really well. Sounds works ok. Sometimes hard to hear the sound. Great video documentation
