It really makes you think about what is around you that you can't see.

The basic premise is that they're showing you things that are too slow, too fast or too small for you to see in real life, by speeding them up, slowing them down, zooming in, or recreating them with computer graphics. The molecules they show you towards the end, for example, are too small to capture in high definition with any camera, but they sure do look cool on a high def 3D TV screen! There are sights we've all seen before, like time lapse photography of a flower blooming, but it's pretty awesome seeing it in high def 3D.

This documentary takes you through a journey of the microscopic world that surrounds us, where things are and behave very different to what we get to experience on an everyday basis. And it does this in 3D, so you will really feel like you are there, exploring the mysterious and fascinating world of unseen objects and life. Get the movie and experience this for yourself; you will not regret it!.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this DVD, but was hoping it was good. I loved it. Great for kids, family members, the science lovers, and anyone interested in the hidden aspects of our world all around us. Also, if you have a 3D capable TV, it was even better as it brought out the scenes and subjects all the more. Excellent quality filming in either 2D or 3D.

I watched this movie three times twice in 3d and once in blue ray and seen enough. It's not one of those documentaries I would go back and watch again over and over. Still deserves 4 stars.

Some really amazing 3D photography taken with a scanning electron microscope. The "making of" extra feature is worth watching too.
