I was thrilled when Rhino re-released this set with "The Giant Gila Monster" after pulling the original Vol. 10 (due to problems issuing the Godzilla movie in that version). This one contains two of my favorite episodes (Giant Gila Monster and Teen-Age Strangler). There's a nice balance between Joel and Mike with 2 episodes for each. There are a couple of good DVD features, too. Of them, I like the MST3K Video Jukebox most. The "10.2 Upgrade" has Joel, Dr. Forester and TV's Frank performing a new skit showing how to upgrade your old Vol. 10 to Vol. 10.2. Boy, they sure have aged in the past 15 years or so...

Mystery Science Theater 3000 (or MST3K as it's known) was probably one of the most unique and yet familiar concepts on TV. Take a horrible, sometimes old terrible Mystery of Sci-Fi flick and mock it mercilessly. There are about 11 collections available for people to buy. They are on the expensive side but they are well worth it. I highly recommend this and the others to everyone. They will make you laugh more than you thought possible.
